"The property is very clean, beautiful and well refurbished and right in the heart of Marlow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food itself (breakfast) was a bit poor but OK. We didn't have any hot water to take a shower unfortunately but stayed only 1 night anyway. The room itself which was the only one available during booking was very very snug and air circulation at night made a bit stuffy but we would visit again , hopefully get a bigger room and hot water."

"The property is historic and the grounds are beautiful. The staff was not particular helpful or friendly. We reserved a superior room and were excited about our stay. Sadly when we got into our room we found the temperature to be around 95 degrees in the room and the only relief available from the hotel was a fan. We sweated the entire night with little to no sleep. The next day and after considerable discussion with the front desk we were able to convince them to give us a room with ac....

"Really poor experience overall. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and we found numerous hairs in the bathroom which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. On departure, no one even asked how our stay was. Won’t be returning."
