"Such a sweet small town and this rental is a great location because it’s just a few blocks from restaurants, the river, and the rail trail but far enough that there isn’t much traffic! The home is fully stocked with everything you need (they seriously thought of everything!) The host was super easy to chat with about local suggestions and questions about our planning before arriving! The house doesn’t have AC but fans are provided for each room which was helpful! We even brought a couple more...

"We vacationed with our children and their families. The house was very clean and met all of our needs. You need to bring most of your food, as the only grocery is a small IGA market and a Dollar General. The local gift shop was awesome offering a coffee bar and baked goods along with souvenirs. "Austin was a fantastic host - responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The videos of the property were super helpful and accurately reflected the space. Our group absolutely loved this unit - it was perfect for our weekend getaway to the 4848 Festival. By far, this has been our favorite place to stay at Snowshoe. Highly recommend!"

"The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....
