Best not to bring heavy, nor large suitcases; which we had b/c we were moving our son into Harvard. Luckily he is strong, young, and healthy, so no big deal there. There are NO curtains over the large windows in the living room, so careful if you like to walk around naked. There was no extra blanket for the futon, so I had to use my son's sleeping bag. "It is a very cozy basement apartment with tons of privacy. The only complaint was the lack of a second bathroom that was advertised. It was very clean with charming decorations and the bedrooms were spacious."

We had all of the necessary kitchen items for light cooking. The property was very clean with plenty of storage space. The location was convenient to Newton villages and the highways.
