"I cannot say enough good things about our experience. First of all, the host really worked with us when 7 of the 9 people going on our trip got sick with the flu. And then when we forgot a baby monitor they mailed it back to us. Oh and randomly the coffee pot broke and they had a new one to us within 30 minutes. "We had a great time. The place was plenty big for our two families. The location was very quiet which was nice. Lot's of parking too. We didn't feel like we were missing anything. Two small recommendations: we didn't receive the hot tub code but when requested, received it immediately. Maybe post it inside somewhere. Also, the screen doors need better locks (or maybe just new screen doors). We weren't able to lock them at night so we had to close the sliders. The weather was so amazing...
