"They staff asked me to pay the breakfast twice when I proved the payment had been already made by showing the bank movements. The staff was quite unkind. I had to pay twice as I had a flight to take and while was in the taxi heading to the airport, they called the driver saying that they had found the proof of the payment. This is not an unacceptable behavior."
