Surrounded by lush greenery, this spacious retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. With a generous living area of approximately 105 m², the villa features a bright and tastefully furnished living room with a Smart TV, ideal for cozy evenings. Large patio doors open onto a beautifully maintained garden with terraces at both the front and back—perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a peaceful moment in nature.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a hob, extractor hood, combi oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The villa includes three comfortable bedrooms: one double bedroom with a wardrobe on the ground floor, a spacious double bedroom upstairs, and a third bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cabin, washbasin, and an infrared sauna—offering a private wellness experience right at home. There are also two separate toilets for added convenience.

Casa de Madeira is a non-smoking, pet-free accommodation, ensuring a clean and serene environment for all guests. With private parking space for two cars right next to the house and close proximity to park amenities and nature trails, this villa is an ideal choice for families or small groups seeking a relaxing getaway in the heart of the forest.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 8:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
