★★Our location offers stunning mountain vistas. Please be aware that leaves and natural debris may occasionally reappear outdoors, especially after windy conditions. While our thorough cleaning ensures a fresh start for your arrival, nature sometimes has a way of bringing them back. Rest assured, this doesn't reflect the cleanliness of the unit. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the tranquility of our mountain setting.

★★Please note that each of our properties has regular pest service, landscaping service, and pool/hot tub service (if applicable) on a weekly/monthly basis so you may see our vendors on-site during your stay for these exterior services.

★★Power Outage Policy
Because of the remote mountain setting, occasional utility interruptions may occur. While no refunds will be issued for power outages, we provide emergency supplies in our home for your comfort and safety. These include flashlights, extra batteries, candles, matches/lighters, and basic first-aid items.

★★YOSEMITE RESERVATIONS:
Depending on travel dates, reservations with recreation. gov may be required to enter the national parks. Any guests planning to visit the national parks during their travels are advised to visit nps . gov for the most accurate updates and requirements regarding traveling to the national parks. This includes reservation requirements, permit requirements, vehicle requirements, and road closures or traffic patterns.

Please take note of all of the safety signs upon arrival and throughout your stay. Safety is our top priority for all of our guests however we are not liable for any injury, accident, loss or damage. By confirming your reservation, guests hereby assume responsibility for all risk and liability.

GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COVER THE RING DOORBELL OR TAMPER WITH THE DEVICE IN ANY WAY THAT CAN IMPEDE ITS FUNCTION. If guests are found doing so, they will be advised to correct their actions and non-compliance will result in guests being reported to VRBO for this violation.

NO PARTYING OF ANY KIND (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY) This goes for noise complaints as well. Neighbors have been instructed to call the police if there is loud noise after 9pm.
If police show up, they are likely to fine you as much as $2,000. This is a charge that goes to the guest, not the owner. In addition, we will immediately cancel your reservation and charge an additional $750.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited at this property at all times. There is zero tolerance for any violations. Any unauthorized fires may result in significant fines imposed by the county, potentially amounting to thousands of dollars depending on severity due to the risk of a catastrophic wildfire. Please be aware that activity may be monitored by cameras and/or reported by neighbors.

Please also refrain from using fireworks on the premises. While stunning, they can pose safety risks and cause disturbances. Your cooperation in not using them is appreciated. Thank you for understanding.

If requested by the host, guests are required to provide a copy of their government-issued ID and a list of full names of all guests staying at the property to the host.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND! IF THE HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SMOKE, THERE WILL BE A $750 CHARGE FOR DEODORIZING THE HOME

Hot Tub: Misuse or violation of hot tub rules resulting in excessive cleaning or servicing will incur a $300 fee.

NO SHOES WORN AROUND THE HOUSE UPON ENTRY. Please do not wear shoes around the house. You’re welcome to keep your shoes inside but we ask that you do not wear them around the house to help keep our floors and carpets clean. Inside only shoes such as house shoes or slippers are fine. Thank you!

NO MAILBOX ACCESS! Delivery such as Instacart, Doordash and Amazon are acceptable for PORCH DELIVERY ONLY. *Please note that we are not liable for any issues with porch delivery services or any missing items.

NO unauthorized pets.

NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS: Excessive guests than on the reservation: $50 per guest. Guest count must also match the reservation at all times as we prepare the home, including linens, towels, and supplies, based strictly on the number of guests booked.

Lost keys: $50

Early check-in/late check-out (Time must be pre-approved by Host): $25+ Unauthorized early arrival/late check out will be charged double due to the inconvenience to the cleaning team

We kindly request refraining from the use of CONFETTI or GLITTER within the property, as their cleanup requires additional time and effort. Please be advised that non-compliance may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Hot Tub: Misuse or violation of hot tub rules resulting in excessive cleaning or servicing will incur a $300 fee.

Excessive cleaning if the place is left with trash everywhere: $50/hour. Thank you!

Hot Tub Disclosure:
To keep the hot tub clean and safe for all guests, please avoid using soaps, oils, bath bombs, or any other additives in the water. These products can damage the filtration system and require professional cleaning.

If the hot tub is left uncleaned or contains soaps or other prohibited substances, a $300 cleaning fee will be applied.
