Ranch on Race was renovated to best serve guests during their stay in Marion, IN. With comfortable furniture and stylish décor, it is the perfect place to unwind. Recharge in one of the two bedrooms, enjoy the spacious living room and kitchen, or be productive at the provided desk. Whether you are in town on business, catching a sporting event at IWU or visiting friends and family you will have everything you need to make your stay relaxing. Pets considered upon request.

Located only one block North of College Church and Indiana Wesleyan University. This is a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors.

Welcome to the Ranch on Race St. in Marion, IN! Parking is located in front of the house or in the gravel lot behind the house by the garage. Entry is through the front door by lock box. The code for the lock box is given in the access email. Feel free to keep the keys on you during your stay & place them back in the box upon check out. Enjoy your stay!

All towels and linens are provided to make your traveling experience less stressful.

Located only one mile from the bypass and Meijers shopping center. Very easy to navigate to any restaurants or local stores. Washington St. is the cross street that takes you directly to downtown Marion or Indiana Wesleyan University.
