"This spot was good for a short last minute stay. I was in town for a funeral and needed somewhere cheap and convenient in location. The location is right outside of town. Not too close, not too far which was great. For the price it was fine but the fridge didn't work and it was nasty on the inside which was disappointing because I had food I wanted to save for in the morning. The guy running the place during my visit, I could tell cared about the business and wanted it to thrive but some minor...

"Just got back yesterday from our stay at the Clarion Hotel, the hotel lobby is very beautiful, the marble floors are state-of-the-art, it appears that a lot of thought was put into the design of the lobby.The hotel staff was very friendly. When pulling up to the hotel, it was aesthetically very pleasing. The breakfast was great, it would have been nice to have an alternative meat since we don’t eat pork, but otherwise than that, it was wonderful plenty of choices of things to eat, from cereals,...

"We booked this hotel for my 6yr daughter to have a into pool to play in. While we were there. It was shut down for maintenance. We made it work but would of been nice to have a heads up about it."

"For the price it’s grate. It’s about 30 min away from the marine base, it is an hour away from ILH, and everything is in basically Wilmington. Jacksonville has some places but it doesn’t have nearly as much at Wilmington. The room was pretty clean. No bugs or weird stuff. So, I would say that the hotel was pretty nice. Thor coffee is good too. I’m a sucker for hotel coffee."

"The rooms had very little lighting, floors had so many gouges you couldn’t go without shoes because it would cut your foot, sink is so large there is no space on the bathroom vanity, blow dryer won’t even dry your hair, iron was broken into pieces, iron board was torn into pieces, the smell of mildew was bad."
