"The king suite was very clean! The only thing I would say would be to leave 4 big towels instead of just 2. Not a huge deal though because the staff is super helpful and very friendly. Will give you anything when asked. They go above and beyond for you! Great job to the staff and whoever is running this hotel in Swansboro 👏👏 Honestly the best hotel stay we have ever had!"

"I lived the room and staff were very accommodating. My room did have a small leak from the air conditioning unit in master bedroom which caused a small wet spot on carpet with a slight mildew smell. Other than that, I loved it! I look forward to returning next year."

The room was decent, and the air conditioner worked great, which made my stay comfortable. That said, there were a few maintenance and comfort issues. The ice machine was empty, my refrigerator didn't work, my sink knob was broken, the pillows were very flat, and the blanket was thin. The towels were also very thin, so I ended up buying towels at Walmart and used the pillow...

"Not a great experience- we will not return. Location of property not where we expected- would select a room located in town with walking distance to shops and sites next time. Access to property difficult. Climate control of overall property hallways and room had a damp feel in the air. King bed was lumpy. Toilet ran extremely slowly after a flush and was basically non-functioning - ick. Use of first floor public restroom as a back up was equally disappointing as that area was filthy - no one...

"I stayed there from July 3, 2026, to July 5, 2026. The hotel and hallways were quite unsanitary and had an unpleasant odor, just like the rooms. Towels and toiletries were very scarce—only a roll of used toilet paper was provided, along with a single bar of soap. The TV remote was broken at the bottom, and the internet connection was terrible."
