Villa Koko offers 217 m² of fully air-conditioned living space spread across two floors, carefully designed to provide both comfort and functionality. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests in four comfortable bedrooms with double beds, while an additional sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and includes its own en-suite bathroom, making it a practical option for guests who prefer fewer stairs. The ground floor also features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, connected to a spacious dining area and a bright living room with direct views of the pool area. Large glass walls allow plenty of natural light and create a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor living. On the first floor, three additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation.
