The holiday apartment occupies the top floor of a three-storey residential house from the year 1994, which was completely renovated just recently in 2013 and modernised accordingly for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cooling and heating). The two lower floors are occupied by the owner, but as the holiday apartment has its own separate entrance up outdoor stairs, privacy is ensured during your stay. It has a living and dining room and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room area has a comfortable sofa and a matching armchair, a TV with cable channels and a wooden dining table with four chairs. The separate kitchen has a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and even a coffee machine. The two bedrooms provide a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm and a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, and both have bedside tables, reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed measuring 160 x 200cm. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a toilet. The reliable wireless Internet access can be used free of charge.
