"We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. However, if you’re looking to explore the area and enjoy a lively atmosphere, this may not be the right place, as it’s quite isolated and located in the middle of nowhere. "The hotel bed is not comfortable The beach is full of plastic on the sand , water . People throw glass bottles on the sea . Breakfast is great .Blue ocean and nice views . Pool water very cold . The rooms are degraded and lack of maintenance. No towels all the time and full of stains . many problems about towels give you used towels from other person . Too expensive for the conditions "
