"It was in a great location. The port of Civitavecchia is a 15 min walk and easy to get too. 8 min walk from train station. No a/c accept for a portable one to use at night for the bedrooms only. We would definitely stay here again, the owner is so nice and took great care of his property. It was our first VRBO experience!"

"Corrado and his wife were amazing - they met us early to let us into their place - the place was extremely clean and the sleeping arrangements were very nice - the place is right down the street from the cruise port shuttle. Corrado shared many tips on places to get groceries and shuttles etc. This was the perfect place to stay for the night to be ready for our early morning departure into the Cruise ship. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment."

"Great place for my family of 5. Good location before my cruise. Host was friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Things to note:There was an elevator (although slow but better than not having one). They did not provide bath toiletries or laundry detergent (but maybe that’s a European thing). No dryer so walked our laundry nearby. Kitchen supplies were minimal, for example, I had to cook eggs with a ladle (no spatula). A/c was only in the bedrooms so the living room and kitchen during summer...

"Ficamos apenas uma noite antes de embarcar em um cruzeiro. O quarto estava muito limpo, as instalações são modernas e tudo parecia muito novo e bem conservado. Um ponto que chamou a atenção foi o horário do check-out, às 10h, um dos mais cedo que já encontramos. Solicitamos um late check-out, mas infelizmente não foi possível. Como cortesia, o hotel oferece café e biscoitos na recepção entre 9h e 10h. O único ponto negativo relacionado ao hotel foi que o atendimento na recepção, durante nossa estadia, poderia ter sido mais cordial. Também tivemos uma experiência ruim com o serviço de transfer. Havíamos agendado a saída para 12h30, porém o motorista apareceu às 10h dizendo que aquele era o horário combinado. A comunicação foi difícil e a abordagem foi bastante ríspida, mesmo conversando com um familiar nosso que falava italiano. Diante da situação, preferimos cancelar o transfer e pegar um táxi mais tarde. Não tenho certeza se esse motorista é funcionário do hotel ou de uma empresa terceirizada, então deixo esse relato apenas como nossa experiência. No geral, o hotel é uma excelente opção para quem precisa passar uma noite em Civitavecchia antes de embarcar em um cruzeiro. Eu voltaria a me hospedar nele."
