"It was gorgeous and very calming endless outdoor adventure. My only setback was this was the first experience with solar power and it would have been helpful to have a welcome book with instructions on how to unplug the outside lights when not in use as well as a guideline on the power and how to prevent overuse and what to do when if it runs out. "We stayed at the property over Easter weekend with family. There were four adults and two teens, and more than enough room for all of us. We were met upon arrival and given a tour of the property and shown how to use some of the things on site. There are a lot of original things to the period it was built, and the images on the listing show off some of the highlights of the property. "Very Nice house clean with amazing views, Chad and Jen were great hosts. Any issues were immediately addressed. Dock for fishing and swimming were great. Foosball and Ping-Pong table were a blast. Pool was a added bonus. Life vests / Pool floaties an games for the water was a plus. Very quite area, house is with in 15 mins for Daingerfield State Park. Patio had a Blackstone Grill and a Pit boss Pellet Smoker. Family had a great time, will defiantly be going back. "
