"This property does have a great view, that’s the good news. It is mentioned in the listing, but the traffic noise is constant and so loud you really can’t enjoy being outside. "No frills house with a nice view of the ocean across a busy freeway. The tv upstairs did not have cable and was not compatible with streaming apps. So there was no way to watch tv upstairs. The dishwasher was not working and had black mold in it. I ran a load and then had to wash them again by hand. The kitchen is not stocked well. Needs hand towels, baking sheets, baking dishes, etc. It was difficult to make meals. The company was helpful and quick to respond to texts but the house needs some...

"This studio cabin is very well decorated and clean, and is a great midway location between Ventura and Ojai, CA. It’s quiet but there’s nothing to do in the neighborhood so prepare to go to one of the towns for food or entertainment. The small fenced yard is nice for dogs but the ground has wood chips so they may get tracked in. Enjoyed my two-night stay!"
