"Was a little confusing as to the exact address (unit number) and once we got a hold of the host we were able to find the condo. Quiet comfortable condo. Could have had some extras as in dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and perhaps an electric kettle but made due. Host provided us with a bottle of champagne and several treats so this was a bonus."

"We really enjoyed our stay although the driving distance from our kids/grandkids is not ideal for us, but we wish it were. The rental was very clean, light & airy, as though it had been recently updated. All appliances seemed to be brand new. Communication with Cassidy, the Concierge was excellent and she was very responsive."

On arrival the carpet was very, very dirty and stained badly as the previous guest put in his review. We immediately went through VRBO to complain and get the owner to steam clean the carpets and discuss the other dirty aspects of the condo. She got someone in the next day to steam clean but refused to clean the hallway carpet for a small...

"The apartment was clean and well thought out. Lots of room especially in the master bedroom. I loved the stove hood because it was correct - vented OUTSIDE. Newer appointments in all of the rooms including the kitchen and bathrooms. Tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable and including the pull out in the living room probably more comfortable for 6 people max. Good location if you're going to be in Chandler & Gilbert. Quiet neighboorhood. Security with the electronic doorlatch was great....

"We were pleasantly surprised with the updated interior of the unit. It was clean, well appointed, and appeared to be recently renovated. The one problem was the outside stairs going up to the unit. There was no railing to hold onto (which makes it treacherous for seniors and carrying luggage up and down), and the stairs were in disrepair, there were stains on the walls that looked as if a dog had urinated next to the upper landing area…a bad first impression and completely out of character for...

"This is a unique lofted duplex in the middle of the Sonoran desert. We loved the solitude and beautiful sunsets from the deck. Tons of hiking opportunities right from the property. We found the apartment dated, but comfortable for 4 adults. We did have some minor complaints (multiple power outages, lack of basic cleaning supplies, no grill on-site as advertised, trash under deck) but none of which would prevent us from staying here again. Since we were there in January and February, we especially enjoyed the multiple firepits. The unit was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Although the pool was a little cool the first week of April, it warmed up enough by the second week. The hot tub wasn't working during our visit - the "pool guy" said that it needed a new heater and he was waiting on condo management to give him the ok to replace it."
