comfort of your own living room. The large windows flood the space with natural light during the day and provide a magical backdrop at night.

• Terrace Bliss: Step out onto your private terrace to soak up the sun, unwind with a glass of wine, or dine alfresco. It's your very own urban oasis.
• Central Location: The apartment is nestled right in the heart of Maribor's pedestrian zone, so you're just steps away from the city's best restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions.

• No Elevator, No Problem: While we don't have an elevator, we promise the climb is worth it. Plus, it's a great workout!

• Parking Options: Free garage parking is available just a 5-minute walk away, providing you with peace of mind for your vehicle. If you prefer public parking, there's also a convenient option right in front of the building, also suitable for the drop off and to take your luggage into the apartment.

• Therapy GIN. You have the privilege to taste this limited series craft gin in the minute you enter the apartment. There are even some accessories provided for you to make the perfect gin&tonic.

• Welcome Book. There’s a small booklet waiting in the apartment I’ve prepared for you. Not only the house rules, but especially my local recommendations for you.
