The Samspitze 3 apartment in the AlpiNest holiday village in Mariapfarr, in the Lungau region of Salzburg, is situated on the ground floor of the Samspitze 2 building. This 68 m² holiday flat in an alpine timber-framed house combines cosy living comfort with traditional charm and can accommodate up to 8 people – ideal for families or a holiday with friends.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cosy living area

The flat has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a bunk bed. A sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping places. The second bedroom, which has its own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, is accessible via a separate entrance in the stairwell, offering a little more privacy.

The cosy living and dining area, complete with satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen, offers space for cooking, dining and relaxing together. Kitchen facilities include, amongst other things, a dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are two bathrooms in total, each with a shower, toilet and hairdryer.

Free Swiss stone pine sauna at the AlpiNest holiday village

After a day’s skiing or a hike in the Lungau mountains, the communal Swiss stone pine sauna is the perfect place to unwind. It is located just a few steps from the apartment and can be used by guests free of charge.

Terrace, sunbathing area and parking spaces

The furnished terrace and the adjoining sunbathing area are perfect for enjoying the fresh Lungau mountain air. Free Wi-Fi and two free parking spaces are also available.
