Villa Sa Vinya des Compte

It is a rustic Mediterranean-style finca, surrounded by olive trees, garden and fruit trees, with an extension of over 22,000 m2, it is perfectly maintained to detail and conveys a great sense of spaciousness and tranquility while enjoying the peace that It is perceived to be in the middle of the field. The house is very cozy, with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The covered terrace area with bamboo roof is ideal to enjoy meals outside and the open views of the property, next to it we have the brick barbecue and pool area. At the back of the house there is ample and extensive lawn area in the relax or simply enjoy a play area with children.

In addition to everything mentioned there is an organic garden, as well as a chicken coop, so that sometimes you can enjoy seasonal products and fresh eggs. And as in any farm next to the nature in it live two very nice and independent cats. In short, Sa Vinya des Compte is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the countryside.



Distribution:

Once at the farm and after having passed by the olive trees, at the end of the road we find a large outdoor parking for several cars and the terrace covered with bamboo canes, upon entering the house we observe a very warm and family atmosphere where everything is careful to detail, like the rest of the house where noble materials such as stone and wood stand out. Right at the entrance we have the living-dining room, on the left the fully equipped kitchen, and on the other side we find a room with a double bed next to the spacious bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor just to the right is the single room and on the left we have a large open space where there is another living room with 2 large sofas and then another room with a double bed with access to a small terrace, where you can enjoy the wonderful views offered by sitting in the little chillout.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. The electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.25 € / Kw to pay at the start.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
