Situated on the ground floor, this spacious apartment has its own entrance with a sunny terrace. The interior design is very neat, expansive and comfortable. There is a large living room with a modern open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. There is also a recreation room in the house for general use. If available, this accommodation can be booked together with the adjacent apartment, creating an ideal combination for families travelling together.
For those who love skiing or snowboarding, there are many slopes (over 150 km of them) and modern ski lifts in Maria Alm. When there is enough snow cover, the location of the house is so close to the ski lift and slope that it makes it possible to ski to the lift in the morning and then ski back down almost to the house in the afternoon. There are also many options for ice skating, cross-country skiing and hiking, for a winter holiday with something for everyone.
In spring and summer, this holiday home is surrounded by vast green meadows and guests will really appreciate the beautiful view. Maria Alm offers many options outside of the wintertime and is popular year round. Thanks to its central location, Maria Alm is an ideal base for many daytrips to Salzburg or Zell am See, the Kaprun reservoir, the Grossglockner, Burg Hohen Werfen and the "World of the Ice Giant, '' which makes this holiday home the perfect base for an active family.
