The town is great and full of friendly people. The nearby beach is a spectacular spot; my favourite so far. The location is perfect to go golfing, beaching, hiking, and sightseeing. "We based out of Cheticamp for the 3rd stop of a 3 part Nova Scotia family vacation and our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer! So many beds/ bedrooms that we all had our space, and a fabulous upstairs sitting area with full windows and view of the st Lawrence and a family of seals. "This home was a great location in the Margaree. We were able to enjoy time with friends while being central to many fishing pools. The home was well equipped with outdoor furniture and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner for 8 (minus a dishwasher for clean up).
