Lovely location - we did the walk up to Montecarlo most days to sample some of the local restaurants and coffee shops - and an easy drive into Altopascio for food shopping. The villa was well laid out for a group of 13 of us ranging from 9 to 49 and pretty well equipped including pool inflatables and sun loungers for the lovely infinity pool. "De accommodatie lag hoog in het dorp, met onze auto (SUV), beetje spannend om er te komen. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk, de eigenaresse sprak goed Engels, en was goed bereikbaar via whats-app. Binnen stond een fles wijn, met glazen waarop stond 'Best Friends", als ontvangst en bij vertrek kregen we een flesje zelfgemaakte olijfolie mee. Wij hebben een fantastische fietsroute gevonden naar Lucca op, jawel: een fietspad, gescheiden van de rijweg. Verder was het uitzicht prachtig."

"We stayed there for 5 nights (April 9 -14, 2017) at room no. 2. We had such an enjoyable time there as the owners, Mr. Viviano and Mrs. Carla and their sons, were very friendly to us. They gave us useful information concerning Montecatini and Tuscany. We really appreciated this family-run hotel. Our room was very clean and done every day.
