Family house near the sea

Our house is a family home where we meet regularly with children and friends. On the ground floor, 1 blind bedroom of 12 m² with a 140 bed and 1 bedroom of 10 m² with a 140 bed; a living dining room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine and a separate toilet. Finally a large games room which overlooks the garden.
Upstairs 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a baby bed (modular up to 3 years), 1 large bedroom with a 160 bed and a sofa bed, and a very large bedroom (the children's bedroom) with 3 beds 90 and the possibility of adding 1 or 2 additional mattresses. In all the rooms you will find cupboards, wardrobe or shelves, in addition to the bedding you have at your disposal 2 mattresses of 140 and 1 folding bed of 90.
Upstairs you will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
Outside there is a nice patio, perfect for breakfast, with direct access from the kitchen, then after the large games room, with table tennis and table football, you will find a sheltered terrace and the fully enclosed garden
As we do not have a garage, we have direct access to the cellar from the street to store bikes, surfboards, paddels, etc. We leave available 3 adult bikes, 1 child bike and a trailer for 2 children (max 40 kg). at 500m you will find the cycle tracks which will allow you to reach the beach, the island of Oléron and Royan by the forest of the Curve (45km)

Our house is in the city center to do everything on foot, 2 minutes from all the shops and halls with the market 2 times a week and 5 minutes from a Leclerc center.
While strolling towards the port of Cayenne, discover the marshes with the parks of the famous Marennes Oléron oysters (visit the oyster city) and all the oyster huts that will make you taste their products
Marennes beach is 2 km by cycle track
Very close to the artisan villages of Mornac sur Seudre and Brouage and the vineyards of Cognac.
Ideally located to discover our beautiful region, at the foot of the bridge of the island of Oléron, the wild coast and its magnificent beaches. 20 minutes from Rochefort, home port of L 'Hermione, 45 minutes from La Rochelle and 1 hour 45 from Puy du Fou.
Bordeaux at 1h30 (airport 1h45) to visit its historic city center with its shopping streets (rue Saint Catherine ...), the world city of wine and of course all the vineyards around (Saint Emilion, les Graves, Sauternes, Margaux, Medoc etc ...)
