"The staff are amazing! I had called to let them know that we’d have a late check-in and had to call back twice since we kept being delayed. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Checking in after 1:00 am and finding spotless rooms, comfortable beds and updated bathrooms was so nice. Breakfast was good—loved making the mini waffles!"

"Room was okay for the price. However shower was a disaster. Not enough water pressure to even move the water up to the shower head. Had to take shower with the hand held unit which was also weak. They really to fix this. Only reason I don't give the stay an "Excellent""

I said: NO PROBLEM… But than I noticed that some of the white guess didn’t have a waistband. Keep in mind… that we’re the only black family. "Location was excellent, staff was great…the Expedia app said breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast…electrical outlets and faucets in rooms were non functional. Water leaks from ceiling, the water in the showers would go hot to cold and just keep cycling. Whoever is in charge of maintaining the property should be held accountable with the prices you guys charge, it shouldn’t be an issue with getting things fixed."

"It did the job. It made due for what we needed. The room set up was strange. We actually had to shift the bed by the door over to have more walking space into the room. The bathroom door didn't stay shut. But the room was clean and comfortable."

"I spent 1 night at this hotel for a business trip. Checkin was easy and friendly. Room was comfortable, nice bed size and tv. Bathroom ok, good enough. Decent breakfast and conveniently located near restaurants, supermarket and gas stations. May come back. "
