The property includes a fenced park of over 3,000 m² with a covered lounge bar and a fully equipped gym overlooking the garden (treadmill, rowing machine, exercise mat, and water fountain). The shade of the linden tree is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Or, late in the evening, settle down in the garden to admire the stars. A charcoal barbecue, outdoor games, a swing, and sun loungers are available.
