"Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. "

"I can’t express just how lovely the Lady Florence is. A perfect weekend to kick back and relax. Lovely host, super easy check-in, and kitted out beautifully. Has absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay. I will most definitely be booking again!Thanks so much "

"I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me. "Great host and lovely spacious place! Despite all the rain, we enjoyed our holiday and would love to return back, hopefully next year for a longer time.The location was beautiful, and prompt instructions were given in advance on how to enter the property. The kitchen was big, nice and clean, the bathrooms were clean, and we had a lovely hot water all the time, which my little girl really enjoyed. "Incredible! We loved our little cabin in the woods. I would highly recommend, it really suited us as a family of 4 with 2 little ones. It was comfy and cosy and all the little details had been considered! "

"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that...

"This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"We had us a wonderful time at the Riverside Stable Cottage, which looks very nice, is very comfortable and also clean. The countryside out there is beautiful and so is the view from the cottage itself. Inside the cottage everything we needed was provided for which made it a perfectly relaxing stay. Communication with owner Simon went smoothly; he answered all questions we had promptly. Whenever we're around Maidstone again, we'd love to come back to the Riverside Stable Cottage! "

"Really good value for this incredibly spacious apartment. A comfortable night. A couple of touches would improve the stay even more. As previous reviewer mentioned, the only mirror is above the bathroom sink. Its on the top of the jet garage which is closed at night. "
