"Nice, spacious room. Very clean for the most part (a couple of large pieces of lint on the floor and the bed). Nice selection of food for breakfast. Didn’t have time to utilize any of the other amenities, but they looked clean and attractive. I would recommend."

"Hotel simples porém com estacionamento grátis e café da manhã self service com frutas, iogurte, cereais, sucos, leite, ovos cozidos, waffles , paes de forma, bagels, cookies e cupcakes. Na recepção ofereciam café, sucos e água gelada 24hs. Quarto espaçoso. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. Trocavam as toalhas diariamente, porém não arrumavam a cama. O pessoal da recepção extremamente cordiais. Nos deixaram entrar mais cedo no quarto sem cobrar por isso. Custo benefício perfeito "

"The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and remained helpful and courteous whenever I returned with questions. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. The complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower were all empty. There were also no disposable drinking cups in the room, which is a standard amenity at most hotels. The elevator was extremely noisy and could be heard throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The hot tub was...

"The front desk clerk was nice. the room was clean but musty smell and shower head needs to be replaced. It was spraying off the sides. The hotel definitely needs more staff especially in the pool area , kids were jumping in to hot tub while adults were trying to relax. Pool noodles should not be allowed in the pool, especially swinging them around. Plus older kids diving in the pool. Not sure where the parents were, but if a couple of staff personnel were there they could have said...
