The split floor plan places the guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house with a shared bathroom between them. Your guests will be delighted by the water views from the queen guest bedroom. The third bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed and both guest bedrooms have been finished with hard wood style flooring for a contemporary beach look and easy cleaning. The den, located off the main living room is equipped for versatility with a desk, flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa - use it as a fourth bedroom, private workspace, or TV room depending on the needs of your group.
