This 7th floor beachfront condo was completely remodeled recently, floor to ceiling. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, is unmatched by any hotel room on the island.

This beautiful remodel of this spacious condo included improvements and upgrades to include all new bathrooms with walk-in showers; new kitchen featuring state of the art appliances (including a wine cooler) and a brand new great room with fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Another big upgrade includes a new living room entertainment system featuring a 60-inch Hi-Def TV/Blu-ray setup accompanied by a BOSE brand surround sound system.

There are two master bedrooms, both with king beds and a third bedroom suite with two twin beds. All three bedrooms feature their own on-suite bathrooms that were also renovated in our recent remodel. The beachfront master suite has an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico, along with direct access to the gulf side terrace! This large master bedroom suite features a separate dressing area with vanity, a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. The new on-suite master bathroom features an oversized Roman shower and has a large double sink vanity providing plenty of space for two. This condo has many beautiful tropical design features with designer decorations and furnishings throughout. This condo is our second home and we take (special) care of it.

The highlight of this higher floor condo is the great room – a spacious open-air concept featuring the kitchen, dinning room and living room – all with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. In fact, when looking out at the Gulf from these areas, one has the feeling of being on a cruise ship. The large renovated kitchen has all new state-of-the-art appliances, which includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, wine chiller and an under-cabinet microwave.

This condo has a walk-in laundry room equipped with washer and dryer located directly off of the kitchen, via a pocket door. Other amenities include free wireless Internet, DVD player, a flat screen TV in each bedroom and basic toiletries. For your convenience, luxurious designer linens and towels are provided for the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and beach. This condo unit also has a beach locker, located near the pools, and is equipped with beach lounge chairs and a sun umbrella. This is a non-smoking unit.

Don’t forget about all the amenities of the Somerset Condominium building - similar to those of a luxury resort. This luxurious beachfront condominium features two private heated pools, two private tennis courts, beach access, and barbecue grills all within seconds of this condo unit’s front door. The building sits directly on Marco’s pristine white sandy beach where you can collect shells while leisurely walking along or just sit and watch the tide come and go. The Somerset has a gated street entry and a gated beach entry. The Somerset building is easy to get around in because it features both elevators and stairways and the grounds have lighted pathways throughout tropical, landscaped gardens. The Somerset is also located within walking distance to some of Marco’s best restaurants, shopping and entertainment!
