The townhouse floor plan means the two private bedrooms are upstairs. They both overlook colorful tropical gardens dotted with palm trees and both offer ample closet and drawer space. Open the windows and fall asleep to hibiscus-scented breezes.

The enclosed patio is furnished with wicker sofas and comes with your own private gas grill so you can savor a barbequed lunch with a garden view.

Inside the community center, you’ll find two billiards tables, ping-pong and foosball tables and a large gymnastics area. There’s even a lake where you can take a scenic walk around.
