IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Sea Winds Condominium Association will begin renovations to the lobby, pool bathrooms, and common hallways on June 17, 2026. This project is scheduled to be completed by December 19, 2026. The Association will also begin balcony repairs in the 01 and 02 stacks on August 3, 2026. This project is expected to be completed by November 1, 2026. Construction activities will generate noise that may be heard throughout the building. Additionally, the pool deck, pool, and hot tub will be closed during these projects to ensure everyone’s safety. Due to these ongoing Association projects, only one parking space will be permitted per unit.
