Our home at 157 West Flamingo Circle is just a two-block walk from the access path to Marco Island's beautiful Crescent beach and the JW Marriott resort. Updated through out, you will find all you need here for a relaxing and comfortable time in paradise! Our home features a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and a large center island, perfect for food preparation and gathering. All appliances are stainless steel, including a range hood and drawer microwave. We have an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings that includes the kitchen, dining area, living room and conversation/reading area.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, attached bath and direct access to the lanai. The Master bath is huge with a double vanity, marble counter top, a separate marble tile shower, freestanding soaker tub and closet. The guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house and share a bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combination. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two full size beds, making this typical “twin” room more comfortable. All three bedrooms have new plush mattresses and linens. The master and Queen bedroom have TVs.

We have also added an outdoor shower in 2022. Great for rinsing off after a day at the beach or as an extra shower for your family.

The glass sliders from the living room and kitchen open up to the screened lanai with heated pool, lounge chairs, conversation set and an eating area that seats 8. New plantings, lighting and fencing create a private oasis in the outdoor space, with up lighting for added ambiance in the evening. For those with young children, we have a safety net that can be used to separate the pool from the lanai so that you can enjoy the open space with added security. The outside deck provides more lounge chairs and a Weber Grill. This area also had added lighting to make nighttime grilling safe and easy!

We have free high-speed wireless internet and all televisions are new flat screen HDTV’s. With tile floors throughout, and a no pet and no smoking policy, we strive to keep our home low allergen.

The garage has also been painted and the floor sealed. Here you will find two beach carts, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, 5 bicycles, bike helmets and a lock all for your use and enjoyment.

Our home is equipped with a Ring doorbell and camera for the driveway. This is not monitored, but is used when the home is empty should security or Marco code enforcement issues come up.
