This 1,500 square foot, 2nd floor beachfront condo sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.

Here are answers to questions people ask themselves when they see it for the first time: Yes, you really are this close to the beach. Yes, it sure is an amazing color of turquoise. Yes, it does look like you practically have the entire beach to yourself. The Somerset is on a quiet, uncrowded section of the Paradise Coast. You’re right, the balcony is a great place to entertain guests. That’s why we furnished it with a sun lounger and two separate tables and chairs. Yes, the sunsets from here are beyond words. We won’t even try to describe them.

The cozy interior is filled with all the comforts of beachside living at its best. The ocean colored furniture and decorative touches like sand dollar coasters and fish wall sculptures create an easygoing coastal feel.

The summer kitchen comes complete with modern appliances and cookware. The master suite features sliding door access to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom with his and hers sinks, a walk-in shower and ample closet space.

The unit is filled with comfort-enhancing features like air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

The Somerset surrounds you with amenities, like two heated pools, a ramada with charcoal grills, two tennis courts, fitness center and a social room, and you’re right next door to some of the Island’s favorite attractions. Take a short walk to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden.
