Emerald Beach combines the quiet, intimate feel of a beachside bungalow with the amenities you’d expect from the bigger buildings. This 2nd floor, 800 square foot condo sleeps two and comes with one bathroom. Sitting on your balcony, looking out at white sands framed by palm trees, you’ll do a double take and say to yourself, “Wait, this isn’t a scenic overlook where people come to take pictures, this is my balcony.”

The only downside to sitting on your balcony staring at the turquoise ocean is you aren’t swimming in it, or snorkeling in it, or parasailing high above it or wading in warm tidepools in search of shells. So gather up the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella that come with the unit and head down to the beach.

When you come back, relax in the comfort of a tiled living area with sun-yellow walls filled with vintage coastal fabrics and solid wood furniture. Floor-to-ceiling windows the length of the wall bathe the room in natural light. Breezy white draperies open to reveal another view of the beach. Thick potted palms add a tropical touch to the seaside decor.

The summer kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare a dinner to enjoy on the balcony beneath the night sky. The seaside décor extends into the bedroom, where big picture windows beside the bed open up to let the fragrant warm breeze off the ocean send you off into a deep sleep. And the oceanic-themed bathroom is just as appealing, with its walk-in shower and rain showerhead. For your comfort, the unit comes equipped with air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. For your entertainment, it includes free wi-fi, cable, and televisions in the living room and bedroom.

On the spacious Emerald Beach patio, only palms and grass separate you from the beach. Take a swim in the heated pool or lay back on a recliner listening to the waves wash over the sand. Or use the gas grill to cook up a poolside barbeque to enjoy on the shaded tables. For other dining options, you’re only a short walk from some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, Thai Sushi By KJ, and many more. The unit also comes with bicycles so you can explore more of the Paradise Coast.
