  • Enjoy a relaxing stay in a home on one of the largest canals on Marco Island. Enjoy the dolphins and manatees as they swim by the dock on their way to the gulf. Sit pool side and relax surrounded by tropical plantings. Grab a cocktail and watch the sky glow with the setting sun.
    Home features 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 2 twins ), 3 full bathrooms 2 with tub and shower. Master bath has a large walk in shower and claw foot tub.
    Outside includes a lanai with pool and spa, plenty of seating areas as well as outdoor speakers.
    Home is equipped with your vacation in mind, including bikes, fishing gear, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. All you need to bring are your clothes.

Perfect stay from start to finish!

This property was absolutely beautiful! It was extremely clean, well kept, and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The realty company & owner were responsive to all of our questions/requests & communication was flawless. The pool and outdoor areas were gorgeous. It was a perfect stay!

We were very happy with everything about the property. The amenities were great. We loved taking the bikes out to explore the island. The outdoor living area was amazing! Would definitely recommend!

Paradise!

The house was so beautiful and neat as a pin. The pool was PERFECTION and we used it to unwind every afternoon! Beds were super comfortable and we felt right at home. We had the best week and we will DEFINITELY be back without hesitation!

Great place better than pictured!

The property was beautiful. The pictures are great but it is much better in person. The pool was great to relax in and the spa could get quite hot if you like. The grill was very large and usable. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. The home itself is on a quiet street that isn't very busy which was a plus. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely Perfect

We were looking for a week get away. This home was perfect. Clean, Beautiful, warm and Charming. Meets all your expectations.the neighborhood were the home is located is Beautiful and centrally located to all your needs. relax by the pool watch the boats go up and down the channel, fish off the pier, go for a walk around the neighborhood, dinning, shopping. You can't go wrong with this home. Hope you enjoy it as much a we did.

Great stay

The house was great, we loved the home and all the beach essentials included. The pool was great except after a few days it turned green and we had to wait for the pool company to come out and after they added more chlorine it was still too slimy to swim. It was clean for our family but it could use a deep clean. There were dust bunnies and dead bugs on some of the carpet. They should also add black out shades, the sun comes blazing in the bedrooms. I would rent again. And loved the dock!

Family trip to Marco

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our family of 5. We used the hot tub and pool everyday. We also enjoyed the fishing gear as we fished off the dock every morning and evening. We caught a variety of fish and even saw some dolphins swimming by. We ended up renting a boat for a day and having the ability to pull up to the dock, load all our stuff up, and hit a couple of beaches was very convenient. All in all it was a great trip. Only one minor setback was that the house wasn’t cleaned by our check in time and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get in.

comfortable home

the home accommodated the 4 of us for our girls week very well. It was well appointed and in a nice neighborhood. Our one negative was it was very dark and had too many artificial plants that were dust catchers. Just lightening (painting) all the walls to a light color would help tremendously as the furniture was in very good condition and comfortable.

This was our second time staying here

We came back again after staying here last year. We love staying here! The house is clean and well appointed. Everything you need is provided, including anything you might need for the beach. We love it because you can sit by the pool, hang out on the dock or take a quick ride to the beach. This year we rented a pontoon boat for the day, from the Isle of Capri Marina and it was a short trip back to the house to have lunch, so having the dock to tie up is great. We saw dolphins and caught some catfish from the dock as well. The owner is very responsive if any questions come up. I highly recommend this property!

Great Property and Responsive Owner

We’ve rented in Marco and South Florida before and this rental did not disappoint. Beautiful home, spacious, clean, well appointed, and the dock is amazing for watching wildlife. We saw dolphins, jellyfish, sting rays, ospreys, and iguanas. We had an issue with the plumbing and owner was very responsive. Unfortunately, we had another issue, and while the owner was incredibly responsive, the rental company did not follow up with our concern.

Very nice and outfitted!

Many positive reviews with this one, so I will not repeat them but they were all very accurate!! Some of our takeaways; - The location and property condition was great! - The girls had a blast casting off the dock! - Pool area was a large part of our time! - One tiny little thing to note; are the "No-see-ums" (sand flies) we learned are unbelievable on the island. Strongly suggest you research and prepare, these things are no joke! That was the only negative thing we came across all week. We would like to thank the mgmt team that oversees the property and will definitely recommend this beautiful home!

Great Stay

This property is just as shown. It is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is within a short drive away. We loved having the sliders open, so it feels like you are bringing the outside in. The pool and jacuzzi worked well and we spent quite a bit of time there. The house has all you need for cooking, entertaining and taking trips to the beach. Having access to the dock right on the canal was great as well. We enjoyed watching the boats that periodically go by ( there is a low speed limit, so the boats were just cruising by with not much engine noise), and we spotted a dolphin at one point during our trip. I would definitely recommend this property and would most definitely stay there again. The host David responded quickly and it was a pleasure dealing with the property managers, Harborview Rentals.

Great house!

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks in February. It was a lovely home, on a nice and quiet street. It was nicely furnished both inside and out. The fully slide open doors made an already big home feel even more spacious and we spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor living area. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/grilling and the grill actually worked! We’ve stayed at homes in the past where that wasn’t the case. The pool service person and the pest control guy visited while we were there and they were both very professional. All bedrooms were good size and the master bath was lovely! My wife used the office for work while we were there and it was in a perfect location to enjoy the canal view or she could close the doors for a little privacy. I rode one of the bikes around the area and we also walked around the park at the end of the street. Very enjoyable stay and we’ll definitely return!

Relaxing, Fun stay

We had a great time at this house for a 5 week stay. The house is well appointed in the kitchen, abundance of towels, and tons of beach items. The amount of beach gear is well above average, with many new chairs, umbrellas. boogie boards, coolers and beach cart. We didn't use the bikes, but there were about 5 bicycles. The dock had chairs to sit and watch the sunset. There is a separate office with a desk if you do need to work. The management company responded immediately when we had a few minor issues, all fixed the very next day. Only extremely minor drawback is that the house is decorated in such a way that makes the better part of the house on the darker side. This was not a problem as we were either working or out and about enjoying the island.

Beautiful Home

The house was amazing. My family enjoyed the patio area. We loved watching the sunset at nighttime by the pool and hot tub. The house is well stocked. We were happy to have chairs and umbrellas available to take to the beach. We would stay here again!!!

Family Spring Break

This is a beautiful house in a great location. The pool, hot tub, and lanai were awesome, we spent a lot of time out there and on the dock. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole place was clean and in good shape. Check-in/out was a bit painful as we had to drive across town to pick up physical keys and garage door openers. One area of improvement would be to install keypad locks and provide renters a code rather than the physical keys.
