Your ticket to paradise is just a short drive from Ft. Myers, Florida, Regional Southwest Airport. At Apollo on the Beach Condo, unit 1007, you'll have your own private, premiere top floor balcony with southwest exposure, providing an unobstructed view of Marco Island's beautiful 3 1/2 mile white sand crescent beach. Unit 1007 is a one bedroom/bath, queen sofa bed sleeper, WiFi, and two flat screens/DVD TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The Sunset Grille, voted 'best happy hour' on the island, is located on the ground floor. The Apollo is the only condo on Marco Beach that allows weekly rentals with the convenience of a restaurant on the premises!

You'll find excellent restaurants in Marco and Goodland, a unique near-by fishing village. The Marco Movie Theatre serves food while you're viewing the latest movie. Many restaurants will prepare your fresh catch. Rose Marina offers boat rentals for cruising or fishing, a narrated lunch or dinner cruise around the island and Key West Excursions. For relaxation, soak up the sun with a good book or go shelling while walking on the beach. If your daily routine includes exercise, then try the Apollo exercise room, rent a bike, scooter or wave runner, putt around on a near-by golf course, snorkel or dive, jet-ski or parasail. For less strenuous activity, visit the Immokalee Casino, take a helicopter ride or plane ride, or enjoy the many island shops and the Outlet Mall north of Marco. Nature lovers should check out Rookery Bay, and tour the Everglades in an air boat or swamp buggy or relax on a beautiful double decker boat to see the local flora and fauna. Don't forget the free two mile boardwalk on your return trip! The Naples Philharmonic and the Barbara B. Mann Center for the Arts offer the best in quality entertainment. Book today!

***10/1/2023***Attention Renters - Throughout the summer 2024 the building will be painting and sealing all of the walkways in the building. It is expected to take roughly 2 weeks to complete each floor. Prep work for this project will begin at the end of March, taking roughly 2 days per floor to complete. Guests can expect work around the building and noise while occupying a condo. We have blocked the weeks on each floor when the project is taking place and the floor is shut down.

***Apollo condominium will charge all incoming guests a registration fee of $45(subject to change) upon arrival, up to 2 vehicles***

Intolerable
It was so bad we left 5 days early. We got zero help from VRBO or the Harborview realty company. We notified Harborview immediately, but should have contacted Vrbo first. The bed frame was broken, the mattress looked as though a murder had been committed on it-urine and semen stains on the mattress pad cover, large stains and what looks like black mold, with huge divots in the mattress. (I have lots of photos) And all of this after my inquiring about needing a good bed, before we booked this unit! They absolutely lied to us! We literally turned the mattress 90 degrees, the wrong way, in order to try to get some rest. Impossible! Our refrigerator died, we lost a lot of money on food we had purchased, the shower leaks, and the laundry machines weren’t in working order. No one cared to call us back or help us. They brought a mattress topper and a frame after two days, but the filthy mattress and the divots couldn’t be fixed with that effort. We have never been so exasperated or felt so alone. Once the refrigerator went out and no one would help, we made a decision to just get out. After spending this much money for 2 weeks, we are absolutely devastated with the waste of our vacation, the cost of purchasing last minute plane tickets, and losing all of our groceries. This was a sad, devastating, and disheartening experience. The people who are managing this unit for the owner are absolutely abusing his trust in them. The unit was filthy. No decent linens in this unit.

Condo 1007 was located right on beach front. Views were remarkable. We watch the dolphins in the morning from our balcony. It was a very relaxing week. Thank you

Paradise
Veiw is to die for! Sunset moon ocean veiw the staff safety all is the best!! Wouldnt want to stay anywhere else couldnt save enough money for dolphins the sail boats the white sands !!! Only need a little update in condo not enough to keep me away!! I cry when i leave!!

Great location
The location is right on the beach was wonderful. Unit is a bit outdated but comfortable. Would like to see a rug in the bathroom as floor is very slippery when exiting the shower. A newer coffee maker as well as most people use k cups. Beach chairs that are a bit higher off the ground as well.

The unit was very clean, however there were ants in the living room and kitchen area. The bathroom sink was very short and the kitchen needed to be updated. We stayed for 5 day's and they only left one dishwasher soap. The view was amazing. Over all I would give it a 7 out of ten rating.

The Apollo was Great. Harborview Rentals, not so Much.
We loved staying beach front. The condo itself was beautiful per se. However, the ad says a king bed which could be true but in actuality is two twin box springs on a king metal bed frame. The box springs are too small & don’t fit the frame & so there’s a gap in the middle where the mattress dips and sinks in. This was trivial in comparison to a random water shut off & added boil water notice that happened July 7. The Apollo posted the announcements on the 5th. According to collier county residents had been notified no later than the 29th of June. However, harborview rental said they had no idea of what was happening. At first we were told it would be shut off from 9-4 then later it was changed from 9-5. We were also told to boil the water for at least 48 hours after. If it were just my husband & myself it wouldn’t really matter but we have two young children. No matter how much we tell them not to drink the shower water, there’s no guarantee they won’t. We couldn’t use the beach because per hotel rules you can’t come into the Apollo covered in sand. Even if we could enter the Apollo, per condo rules, we cannot rinse sand off in the condo bc it clogs drains. Long story short, it was inconvenient and made renting a beachfront condo pointless for the day. When we contacted harborview rentals they said it was out of their hands. The person was rude & gave us attitude. They said they would reach out to the owner & call us back but never did. Please get better property managers.

These units are small but fine for a couple. This one is very well stocked and organized so you have what you need. Cannot beat the view and the restaurant downstairs.

Owner had a closet of beach items (chairs, umbrella, noodles) that we used every day which was great! View was awesome. Check in was simple. Would stay again.
