"The host was very welcoming upon arrival and gave us a great tour of the property along with some area history. Such a peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the patio upstairs off the bedroom. Great views of the terrain by day and fantastic views of the stars at night. Very close to the enchanting villages on hilltops nearby (Rigamagno and Scrofiano)."

"Montisi is a quaint village that is anywhere from 10 minutes to one hour drive to fabulous hill towns and wine tasting. The house is simple but charming. We spent most of our time while at the house by the pool, dining on the terrace and enjoying the beautiful views and sunsets. The kitchen is well appointed and with 4 women, we each enjoyed having our own bathroom. Luigi is a gracious host and provides excellent recommendations. I have every intention of returning! "Nice house and a fantastic garden. Cortona is a great place. The house wasn't very clean and the Air-Con is available but doesn't really cool the bed rooms upstairs on hot summer days. It's too expensive for what it is."

"Quiet, charming location which was central for day trips to Monte San Savino, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Cortona, Montepulciano and many other villages in Tuscany. The pool was lovely, gazebo had honeysuckle and other flowering vines surrounding it which was a nice location to get out of the sun. Many olive trees surround the house and we did manage to see a wild boar, many geckos, birds and even a snake."

"Absolutely superb hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We had two delicious meals cooked by Linda and we left with her homemade limoncello and olive oil. Peaceful, beautiful grounds with wonderful walks straight from the house. Tennis club 5 min drive away, and a local train station that whisked us off to Florence for the day. Don't miss Snoopy's gelato in the local town. This holiday was a 5* experience."

They bogg live on siteNonna was attentive but not intrusive, and always left us tomatoes and basil from her garden, but spoke no english - more of a comment about us than her as it would have been great to talk to her more fully. Wer kein Problem hat mit dem Auto über schmale Schotterwege zu fahren, für die ist es ein Traum, auch die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war sehr gut verständlich. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung mehr als gut. Leider war ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude nur über eine sehr steile Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. (Ist für junge Leute okay, aber für 60+ beschwerlich). "Such a quaint home, clean, quiet and beautiful. Close to the center of the very small town of Montepulciano. The host is very sweet and even cooked a cake to welcome us to their home. The view of the valley from the home is simply breathtaking."

"Nous avons loué une maison avec piscine mais nous n'avons pu utiliser la piscine que deux jours, dimanche et lundi (impraticable mardi et mercredi, eau trouble et très chlorée jeudi et vendredi). A cause d'un orage le lundi soir 15 aout et parce que la piscine n'a pas de couverture, la terre du jardin a glissé dans la piscine et l'a rendue impraticable (verte et "tournée"). "This house is very nice. It is centrally located outside Siena and good location to explore all over Tuscany. It is off the beaten path so you’ll definitely need a rental car. Even just to get there. It is remote. Which is a plus but also has some drawbacks. We went in March so pool was closed. Too cold to swim. House is several levels.
