Sea view house: an ideal place for family or friends vacation

Overlooking the path that leads directly to the picturesque Cotoncello Beach, this house is the perfect place for those seeking peace, nature, and moments of true relaxation. Ideal for snorkeling enthusiasts and those seeking tranquility, the house is nestled in a fragrant terraced lemon grove and divided into two independent apartments—perfect for vacations with family or friends.
From the panoramic terrace, you can enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and spectacular sunsets every evening. In the garden, you’ll also find a barbecue for dinners under the stars and a ping-pong table for outdoor fun.
Cotoncello Beach, just a short walk away, is perfect for young children, while in just a 10-minute walk — following an ancient mule trail shaded by trees — or just a few minutes by car, you can reach the lively Sant’Andrea beach, where you can rent boats and canoes, enjoy an aperitif at sunset, or dine with your feet in the sand.
