A comfortable country house with a porch facing the pool. It has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 people. Private pool and Wi-Fi. Located in the center of Andalusia, it is ideal for visiting the entire region.



The house has 125 m² and is set on a 2,800 m² plot. The 30 m² living-dining room features sofas, air conditioning, a 42" Smart TV, international channels, and Wi-Fi. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher.



The 3 bedrooms are spacious, with air conditioning and wardrobes:

- Bedroom 1: 12 m², double bed (1.90 x 1.50 m).

- Bedroom 2: 11 m², two single beds (1.90 x 0.90 m).

- Bedroom 3: 11 m², two single beds (1.90 x 0.90 m), with en-suite bathroom with shower.

A cot and high chair for babies are provided at no extra cost.



The house offers a bathroom with shower and an additional room with shower and washing machine in the double bedroom.



Outside, the 28 m² porch faces the pool and has a garden lounge. The pool measures 8 x 4 meters, with a depth from 1.20 to 1.50 m and Roman steps. There is a pergola by the pool with barbecue, built-in seating, a large artificial grass area with sun loungers, and a spacious parking area.
