This beautiful, modern property has been built with great attention to detail. The complex is surrounded by beautiful unspoiled Mediterranean nature and offers complete peace and privacy. The villa is also a good base for an active vacation as the beaches are only a 5 minute drive away, with many bike paths etc. Outside there is a lovely large pool with sun loungers. A manicured and irrigated lawn with lounge furniture offers perfect relaxation. The garden, with well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, is the perfect place for al fresco dining overlooking nature and the lighted pool. There are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the rooms share a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor. There is also a fitness area upstairs. The house is fully air-conditioned and there is WiFi internet access.Krnica is a small place in Istria, located not far from the coast (5 minutes by car). Krnica is the perfect starting point for day trips to famous cities such as Pula, Rovinj and Opatija. Krnica is also an excellent place for a combination of relaxation and active vacation. In the nearby port there is an excellently equipped diving center that discovers old sunken ships, spectacular underwater caves, cliffs, the thrill of night diving for beginners and experienced divers. The east coast of Istria offers a variety of beaches and crystal clear sea. The untouched coast hides many quiet bays. With its numerous coastal and forest trails, this area is ideal for mountain biking, long relaxing walks, horseback riding, and as a starting point for excursions discovering magical Istria.
