"When we first arrived, they had us in a room over the kitchen. I expressed that it was in an undesirable location for our family and they immediately switched our room. The room amenities were nice but would have liked to have coffee available in the room. Food was great although extremely pricey. The Chimichurri was perfectly prepared and went well with the wagyu steak. Great location but seems they may lose some view as there is something being built across the street."

"Room had a musty spell, had to call three times to ask for fresh towels. Pool was very dirty and not heated, hot tub filled with little kids, bird droppings all over everything."

"The room was clean. So all in all that was a plus. This hotel is very close to cedar point and is relatively reasonably priced. We booked here along with friends to utilize the outdoor pool area after soccer games which is beautiful. The pool was closed for no apparent reason. It looked beautiful and we called the day before just to check and they said yes it's open. So that was a huge let down.they did offer a pass to drive to hotel Breakers to use their pool. There is no breakfast at all....

"Save your money. This hotel is DIRTY. The second floor is used for people living there. They close off part of the hotel forcing you to walk outside around the building to access the other half of the building. 2 homeless men hangout in the back parking lot by your car all day and night. The sink had dry tooth paste in it and the shower had someone else black hair in the tub. Just GROSS"

"Staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was good but shower head was nearly half a foot short than me (5'11), shower shelves not level as my shampoo bottle fell off onto my foot 4 times, the drink machines only accepted cash and 1 dollar bills with at least 1 not even working at all. But the tipping point was the fact that I noticed that after getting out of the shower and walking around in my room barefoot, the bottom of my feet started turning black from how dirty the carpet was."

"pool gate was locked during posted open time. bathroom sink was clogged, light over sink was burnt out. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work l. I was already on my PJ s so I wasn't getting dressed to go to tge office. I mentioned it at check out so they could fix the problem for the next guest."

"The hotel rooms were adorable and fairly clean! Just outdated is all! The free beer and wine were a cute gesture. We ate dinner at the restaurant attached, the food was pretty darn good but the male server at one of the 2 bars wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem to tend to his customers very well! Overall though, this was a cute place to stay and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who may be going to cedar point! "

"Mildew smell thru out, not good for children or adults with respiratory issues, a large heavy tile fell from the bathroom ceiling exposing spiders and webs, moved is to another room much smaller, staff couldn't help us because of "corporate", never got back to us"
