This 10,000 sq. ft. picturesque estate transcends the hill country minutes away from Marble Falls with views of the Colorado arm of Lake Travis. Beautifully furnished with brand new furniture, beds, luxury linens, kitchenware, TV's and all needs a new home would have. This 5 bedroom, 9 bathroom home sits on 650 acres. This home will accommodate 40 overnight guests and 10 additional guests in the guest house, which can be rented as a stand alone home or as additional guest sleeping for stays over 40 persons. Events are allowed, but must be approved. The guest house property ID # is 3024994. Upon arrival to the property, you will enter through a private gated entrance, and begin to take in the peace and tranquility of this scenic property. To the immediate left as you enter, there will be a small lake with a dock that you can fish from. Indoors you will find floor to ceiling windows with covered terraces surrounding the exterior areas of the home. The kitchen is fit for a chef with a built in ice maker, pull out refrigerator drawers, high end Thermador appliances and a huge walk in pantry with ample storage space with a secondary refrigerator. The spacious island holds an additional sink and an open breakfast bar allows the cook to chat with family and friends. A full service wet bar is adjacent to the formal living area that accommodates seating for a large group and opens to the outside terraces. Two 65" flat screen TV's and a full size pool table offers hours of entertainment for all! A formal dining room seats up to 12. A perfect place to linger over a meal with friends and family. Across from the formal dining room lies a study/office area next to a secondary living room with a 12 person poker table. Perfect for night cap entertainment. Located in the North wing, is a state of the art conference room that provides an ideal environment to host conferences and meetings. In addition a full bath is attached. Retreat to the spacious master bedroom which enjoys property views from every window. Cool nights call for a fire in the beautiful stone fire place. The seating area offers an additional sleeping area with a day bed with trundle. The perfect room for a family. The primary ensuite bathroom has two vanities plus a connected makeup counter which allows room to spread out; expansive mirrors surround the bathroom. No need to share toilets or closets! Separate shower with a huge sunken jetted tub. The cabana door allows quick access to the pool and hot tub area. The south wing of this home accommodates the additional bedrooms with ensuite baths. Accompanied by a game room with a 12 foot shuffleboard table, games, and a multi-purpose game table. This area has a full size murphy bed and a half bath with toilet and sink. A private movie theater with a brand new 80" flat screen tv with built in speakers will entertain for many hours. The laundry room is available for guest use and offers a sink, built in ironing board and a front loading washer and dryer. While the inside is stunning, this home was designed to enjoy the scenic outdoors and outside entertainment with expansive stone patio areas that wrap around the home, there's always a place to relax and feel the breeze. The stone walkways lead down to the large dual area pool. The pool is a breathtaking finale to the grounds. Equipped with a diving board leading into the 12 foot deep water, negative edge toddler pool, and heated hot tub. The outdoor kitchen is precisely situated next to the pool to maximize outdoor entertaining. This area includes a full size refrigerator, sink, bbq grill, fireplace, 65'' flat screen tv, and his and her bathrooms with toilet and sink. Enjoy the lighted outside basketball/tennis court next to a playscape. This area will keep the adults and kids entertained for many hours. This home is a perfect staycation with so much to do on property but still minutes to Marble Falls with entertainment, restaurants, wineries, breweries, and Lake LBJ. A large home that can host a small wedding, a corporate event, a day event, a family reunion, a birthday, a rehearsal dinner, a class reunion, a bachelor/bachelorette party and so much more. We booked this property (and the additional house on the same property) for a weekend retreat for our college ministry and definitely would consider booking again. There was ample space for our large group and plenty of activities to keep us entertained on the property. If we were to book again, we would come more prepared with our own kitchen essentials as there were basic items completely missing and the overall quality of the items there (pots, pans, knives, etc.) was poor. Aside from that—we had an amazing stay and I would give this listing a 5/5 rating. Our host was incredibly helpful in providing information beforehand and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.

I have no complaints, we came on a very rainy weekend and even then we had a good stay. The host answered any messages almost instantly. We used the pool every day even in the rain. Spacious house for indoor activities bar and TVs everywhere. Sadly there was devastating floods around us but this property was set so high we were never in any danger. The grounds keeper was seen making rounds around the property very often but never intrusive. Thanks to Ann and if we can get the family back together this will be the #1 option

Team Building Men's trip

Our team-building retreat at the 10,000 Sq. Ft. Lux Estate was an absolute triumph! As a group of 25 men from J&L Backhoe Company, we were looking for a place to unwind, connect, and build stronger bonds—and this property delivered in spades.The amazing pool and spa were a hit, providing endless relaxation and fun. The basketball courts saw some intense but friendly competition, and the kayaking and pontoon boat trips on the lake were a fantastic way to explore the beautiful surroundings. Evenings were filled with laughter and camaraderie during our game nights. The spacious home was perfect for gathering, whether we were enjoying meals together, holding team meetings, or just hanging out. The beautiful grounds offered a serene backdrop to it all.The estate provided everything we needed and more, fostering an environment where our team could truly connect and recharge. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with stronger bonds that will undoubtedly enhance our work together. Highly recommended for any large group looking for a memorable and productive getaway!

We had about 35-40 people in our group and it was difficult to find a location that would fit all of our needs. The host was very flexible and very easy to communicate at any point in the day. The location was absolutely beautiful and we wish we could’ve attended to all the activities. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a big group getaway.

Marble Falls VRBO

Our stay at this Vrbo was everything we hoped for and more! We brought a group of college students here for our Young Life spring break trip, and it could not have been a better fit. The space was perfect—plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably, great common areas for us to hang out, and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking for a big group easy.One of the best things about this place was how it brought our students together. Whether we were eating meals, playing games, or just sitting around talking, it created the kind of environment where real connections happened. The outdoor space was a huge win, giving us room for games, late-night conversations, and just enjoying being away from campus for a bit.The hosts were great—responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the little details that make a difference.Overall, this Vrbo gave our group exactly what we were looking for: a memorable experience, a place to rest and recharge, and a home base for an incredible week. We’d absolutely book here again!

Great property for a corporate retreat

The nonprofit I work for held its annual team retreat at this property. The host was very communicative and helpful, the house and guest house were large enough for our team, and the space was clean upon arrival. From the pool to provided outdoor games and activities, there was plenty to do. I highly recommend this home for other teams or large families.

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful time at Cimmeron Ranch. It is very remote from the road and we truly felt privacy as a family. The spaces were amazing, the views from the porches were just gorgeous. The pool area was so beautiful and the diving board was a hit. We spent a lot of time there because of the July heat!! The beds were comfortable and clean . The only complaints I had were in regards to the many appliances that were not working and I felt the kitchen needed attention.. the “fully stocked” kitchen needed to be replenished with baking pans, supplies that serving 40 people demands. The appliances are outdated and need to be replaced.. as many do not work(ice machines, etc) The house was not as clean as it should have been for the money we paid in services. That being said … everyone loved the property. Juan was so helpful with trash and repairing the disposal. The house and property are amazing. ! Thanks Ann and Juan

Loved this property for our large group!

We had a large group of 40, and this place was perfect for us. The property itself was gorgeous with plenty of activities. The house was clean and well taken care of. The owner and the property manager were both very responsive to minor issues. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The spa heated very quickly. The only downside was that the pool looked a little dirty, but that may have been from bad weather in the days leading up to our stay. Would definitely recommend this property for other large groups.

Eclipse gathering

I am so grateful our group of 45 had such a beautiful home and property to settle into to enjoy the eclipse. Ann was very generous, her communication prompt and she saw that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location on the hill top was divine and the storm watching was an added bonus! I highly recommend the Cimarron Ranch to large groups looking for a place to gather, celebrate and relax. Thank you!
