The neighborhood

Marbella is a town that offers a wide range of activities to keep you occupied, active or entertained for 365 days a year. Whilst lounging in the sun at one of our many beautiful Beach Clubs maybe the top of your things to-do-list, whilst here there are several alternatives depending on whether relaxation or adventure is the priority of the day!

Puerto Banús is known as an exclusive sailing and leisure port which is a benchmark in Europe. By living in the heart of Puerto Banús, you're just a few footsteps away from the marina, beach clubs, eateries and designer shopping. Puerto Banús offers an amazing wealth of facilities and attractions; including beautiful beaches on either side of the port, a myriad of restaurants and bars, water sports, golf, a casino, cinema and an amazing selection of upmarket and expensive fashion boutiques; there is also an El Corte Inglés department store here, the largest department store chain in Spain.

The area is ideal for those who wish to be based close to the beaches, nightlife and amenities of the area, and it's also an excellent base to explore the whole of the Costa del Sol. The beaches over here contains a lovely stretch of golden sand, which is thought to be one of the best along the Costa del Sol. The town was developed for entertainment and there are more restaurants and bars than anything else here. The port is lined with upmarket Spanish seafood restaurants, American hamburger joints, Italian eateries and food from all over the world basically.

Puerto Banús offer a full range of sporting facilities that are accessible whatever the season. If you prefer water sports, Puerto Banús beaches has them all.

Access to golf is outstanding as El Rosario is adjacent to Santa Clara Gold and the Marbella Golf Country Club. For their parts, Greenlife Golf, Santa María and Cabopino golf are three other courses only a couple of kilometres’ drive to the east.
Other Things to Note:
• The community pool is closed between 15 October - 15 March.



• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.

• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.

• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
