    This spectacular triplex penthouse in Cabopino, Marbella, offers you an unbeatable location in the sports marina, with direct access to the beach and numbered private parking for one vehicle. Enjoy a unique environment surrounded by nature, such as the Artola Dunes, where you can walk or cycle on wooden walkways that connect to beaches recognised for their beauty. Sunsets are a spectacle, whether watching the sun set in the sea between January and May, or contemplating the mountains surrounding Marbella for the rest of the year. The gastronomic offer is varied and close, with international restaurants and beach bars for all tastes.



    Within the urbanisation, you will have two communal swimming pools at your disposal with extensive green areas, free sunbeds and toilets, accessible only to residents. Additionally, at the port you can rent boats or jet skis to add aquatic fun to your stay. Public services and transport are well connected, with easy access to the A-7 motorway to explore the entire Costa del Sol. For shopping, the Elviria area is just a few minutes by car and has supermarkets such as Lidl and Mercadona, along with a 24-hour pharmacy. There is also a minimarket in the urbanisation, perfect for quick purchases. It is worth noting that Cabopino beaches have a naturist area accessible by walking along the shore or walkways.



    INTERIOR OF THE ACCOMMODATION FIRST FLOOR



    The accommodation has three floors connected by stairs, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Upon entering, a small reception area with a shoe cabinet and coat rack leads to the stairs that lead to the living-dining room and open-plan kitchen. This modern and functional space is designed to maximize views of the port, the sea, and the beach, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere. Fiber optic internet connection will allow you to enjoy your favorite series. The living room sofa converts into a bed with all bedding included to accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, complete kitchenware, and storage space. The high table in the dining room connects to a glazed terrace, ideal for enjoying the sea breeze from the comfort of home. Please note the instructions for the correct use of the glass panels on this terrace. In the living room, there is a decorative fireplace, not enabled for use, and an extensible barrier for children's safety, preventing access to the stairs.



    INTERIOR OF THE ACCOMMODATION SECOND FLOOR



    On this floor, the main bedroom is located with a double bed, an exterior window and a spacious wardrobe to comfortably store your luggage. It also has a built-in wardrobe intended for cleaning products. The recently renovated bathroom is spacious, bright, with a shower tray and offers spectacular views of the sunset to start and end the day with a special moment.

    The jewel of the apartment is its spacious covered and glazed terrace, equipped with garden furniture, perfect for family gatherings or moments of relaxation at any time. You can open the roof panels and windows for ventilation, always following the entry staff's instructions to avoid damage. On this floor, there is also a second bedroom with a double bed and an open wardrobe, with incredible views to wake up to each morning.



    The apartment is air-conditioned with air conditioning on each floor for your maximum comfort. In addition, a cot and high chair for babies are included, and the parking remote control is for exclusive use (loss has a replacement cost). Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, and it has smoke detectors for safety. It also has an iron, ironing board, and clothesline to facilitate your stay.

A lovely apartment in the centre of cabopino

A lovely apartment in the centre of cabopino. Lovely pool with direct access to the beach. Lovely local restaurants and easy to get to Marbella, Mijas, la Cala by cartaxi. Also good supermarkets accessible by car and local shop you can walk to on the port that does essentials including croissants and baguettes. Only slight issue we had was tv didn’t work, but that wasn’t important for us, would recommend and visit again

Beautiful place!

Such a beautiful place, views to die for. Really clean and had everything that you needed. Swimming pool just a short walk away, only down side was we were only allowed two sun beds, this was tricky as we are a family of 4, and didn’t want to pay 32 euros a day for the beach beds. Restaurants are great, Alberts bar and Curry Kingdom are worth a visit. We will definitely be coming back. X Thanks for having us. X

Absolutely beautiful location! The views from this apartment are out of this world.The balconies do have glass panels but as long as you follow instructions and carefully move them they slide out.the hosts were great, met us at the door showed us around, we did incurr a late check in fee, which was fine by us.The bedding was Immaculate down to the the duvets! Freshly washed and smelling fresh and clean.The matress topper is quite firm, but we like a firm matress, and we loved the fact there was one firm and one softer pillow, perfect!The second bedroom is quite snug, however, the bed is super large and is wall to wall, and the beautiful view off that bedroom makes up for a smaller room.Loved the small touches, toiletries, and kitchen suppliesThere were also condiments in the cupboard, which was perfect, saves going out looking for items, we left a whole bag of untouched sugar as we didn't need to use ours, so I think that's a great idea, encourages guests to leave essentials.

A wonderful location with beautiful views of the sea and marina. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pools were just a short walk from the apartment. There was a good choice of excellent restaurants in the port. We enjoyed walking along the boardwalks through the dunes to the beach. The only downside in the apartment was the lack of a coffee maker, even though it is the first item on the kitchen facilities described on the website. We contacted the management company who stated there was one and who asked us for photographic evidence which we did, to show that there wasn’t one. Eventually, a stovetop coffee maker was delivered to us, not the filter machine which was supposed to be there. Unfortunately, it was an aluminium coffee maker with instructions showing it was incompatible with the induction hob in the apartment! We let the management company know but they didn’t respond. So we had instant coffee for the rest of the week.Despite this disappointment with customer service, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return- hopefully with a coffee maker provided!

This property is marketed to sleep 6 , well that’s a deceiving marketing pitch. One Bedroom and one tiny uncomfortable box room. On 2nd floor. Yes there was a sofa settee room not big enough for that. Sorry but it’s max 4 people at a push. Main bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab, it needs a new mattress. The shower drain not working and overflowed. We had a lovely stay but see what it’s. Been marketing peak season and next year. It’s not worth that money and we will not return to that property at that price. Sorry I am a seasoned visitor to the area and it’s not what I expected for the money we paid

Firstly communication was great. Plenty of emails and I was contacted via WhatsApp by the Cubos representative before we left. She was there at the apartment wait for us when we arrive. The apartment has amazing views of the port, the best being from the terrace on the top floor. We enjoyed sitting up there once the kids had gone to . There was everything we needed there. The washing machine was handy. There was things such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee, spices, oils, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, detergent etc etc. This was very helpful to not have to buy these things from Lidls! We had a crawling baby so all the stairs was a hazard but there is a stair gate to keep babies in the lounge kitchen area. Location is perfect. Over looking the port and only a few minutes walk to the pool or beach. There were some minor things that I made the Cubos rep aware of. The safe didn’t work, shower didn’t drain too well and the crib had a part of it broken. Also the white sofa cushions on the terrace could either do with a big clean or replacing. These were not things that affected our stay at all though. We had a great time there.

We have stayed in Cabopino before, so knew we wanted to come back to this area. The restaurants, beach and local area is perfect for either family holidaycouples get away. We absolutely love it here. The apartment was fantastic with gorgeous views! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. The outside space was ideal, we could enjoy being outside, even off peak as there were glass shutters that we could adjust as needed, meaning we could close up and keep cosy in the evenings and open up and enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. The bedrooms are set on different floors, so if you are travelling with children, keep this in mind. However two couples, it’d be ideal. We had some issues (out of the hosts control), which once we contacted them were responded too appropriately and proactively. We normally stay in villa’s vs apartments, there is obviously noise from the other apartments which would be the same for any other apartment block. Highly recommend!

Super location and our second visit to the apartment, first with the new owner

Super location and our second visit to the apartment, first with the new owner. The apartment was great, love the balconies and the view over the port is super. Restaurants in the port are great, Alberts, Portofino, and cocoa beach just off the port to the left. There is a small shop in the port for water and milk, bread etc.Cristina was great checking us in. Great stay and will book again next time we visit.

De ligging van het appartement is super

De ligging van het appartement is super. Je loopt in 5 min. naar het strand. Goede restaurants met name Restaurant Portofino was geweldig.Het appartement zelf is ingericht met goedkope meubels en bedden. Alles is er wat je je nodig hebt. Alleen de koekenpannen waren van zo’n slechte kwaliteit dat we deze niet gebruikt hebben. De bedden en de bank kunnen wel een upgrade gebruiken. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Cabopino Marbella en komen zeker weer terug.
