Beautiful villa in Marbella (Elviria) with sea view 1 km from the beach of Nikki beach, the hotel Don Carlos and the Marriott and casanis beach with outdoor pool and a beautiful garden not overlooked.
The villa consists of 5 bedrooms with double bed (10 people) 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. 3 bathrooms. A beautiful fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge) and an outdoor Argentina barbecue and gas hob. There are 2 indoor lounges, 1 with open fire and 1 outdoor lounge, 1 indoor dining room and 2 outdoor dining rooms.
There is an alarm inside and outside.
Nearby restaurants and food stores (800 meters).
Possibility of massage in nearby hotels or at home.

Lovely villa in a great location

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely villa. Located in a great area among some very exclusive properties and walking distance (10 minutes ) or a 2 minute drive to the Commercial Centre with a great selection of restaurants and 2 supermarkets.The open plan living area was ideal to get the family together , the kitchen was very well equipped and the outside BBQ worked great.The pool area was perfect , plenty of space and a great outdoor seating area. We'd love to come for another stay in the future. Highly recommended.

Family trip

We had the most amazing stay at this villa. Family of seven (all adults) made lovely memories here. The pictures don't do this Villa justice it is enormous and absolutely beautiful. We especially loved the outdoor spaces and the BBQ. There are plenty of sun loungers and plenty of seating areas both inside and outside the villa. The area is so ideal as it has plenty nearby but is also so peaceful. The host is also excellent at communicating and made everything so straight forward for us. The pool could be doing with a little update as lots of tiles are falling off but this did not upset us too much. We would love to come back and visit again in the future. Thank you!

Very nice house, a Home not just a house.

Nice space for 7 grownups and 3 children. Nice kitchen with a lot of utensils. Nice center and the area is very tranquil , the beaches are nice and so are the chiringuitos on the beach . We would love to come back when itā€™s summer !

We had a great stay!

Very nice and well-equipped villa with plenty of space for 10 people. We especially appreciated the nice outdoor areas and the heated pool. Good location in a quiet street with beaches, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance or just a short drive away. Communication with Francoise and Macarena worked brilliantly.

Home away from home

The house was in a great location, very close to the beach, shopping center and restaurants. Home was great for families with a lot of open space indoor and outdoor; we definitely enjoyed the pool. Home was also well equipped with household amenities. Communication with the owner was great and he provided a lot of recommendations from restaurants to beaches. The communication with the property manager was slower than expected and the house could use a deeper cleaning. Despite that I would still come back to this area again and rent this home.

Fabulous 10 days

Fabulous family holiday for a 60th birthday celebration 6 adults and 2 children. Beautiful villa with everything you could need home from home. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space and great outdoor space for dining and chilling with a great pool which we all enjoyed. Great location although pushing a pram up the hill was a great effort ! Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Wunderbar!

Mit 6 Personen sind wir dem Winter in Deitschland entflohen. Vorgefunden haben wir ein wunderbares Haus mit Allem was dazugehƶrt. Die KĆ¼che ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, sodass wir, selbst fĆ¼r 6 Personen, immer perfekt kochen konnten. Von der Nespressomaschine bis zum PĆ¼rierstab ist alles vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt und superschnell. Der Garten und der Pool wurde immer sehr gut saubergehalten. Es gibt fĆ¼r alle drauƟen und drinnen sehr bequeme Sitz-und Liegemƶglichkeiten. Die Betten sind weich, was fĆ¼r uns sehr gut war. Selbst zu FuƟ kommt man zum Supermarkt und zu zahlreichen Restaurants. Alles in Allem gibt es nichts Negatives. Ich wĆ¼rde das Haus fĆ¼r 6-8 Personen empfehlen. Vielen Dank fĆ¼r den schƶnen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefĆ¼hlt.

Wonderful home in Marbella

The location of the property and its outdoor space were amazing! For the number of people in our party, the villa is quite spacious. Privacy for the main bedroomā€™s en-suite does not exist so be aware. Our family had a great time and would definitely visit this villa again as it had much to offer. The host were very responsive and the house provided every amenity needed.

Nous avons passĆ© un excellent sĆ©jour dans cette splendide villa bien agencĆ©e, propre, agrĆ©able spacieuse, bien Ć©quipĆ©e, avec un extĆ©rieur bien arborĆ©, une belle piscine mais froide malgrĆ© avoir pris le supplĆ©ment piscine chauffĆ©e... elle est bien situĆ©, heureusement que nous avions la voiture, Marbella est trĆØs grand, plus grand que Paris ! Nous Ć©tions 10 adultes tous le monde Ć©tait ravie, les chambres sont toutes trĆØs bien. Merci FranƧoise ce fut merveilleux.

Great Stay

We had the best stay at the villa. We booked as a surprise family trip for my wifeā€™s 60th including my two year niece and we absolutely loved the villa. It was even better in real life than the pictures. My granddaughter absolutely loved the pool! The communication we had from Francoise from the start till the end was great. Including answering any questions we had to giving recommendations to places to eat and things to do within Marbella. We were aware there was a hill to the property but it wasnā€™t too bad and we had rental cars so it wasnā€™t an issue, although I wouldnā€™t walk up it with a pram! All in all we had a great stay and would recommend to others and certainly come back again.

Very nice spot

We had a great stay at this villa. Francoise was very helpful with information on local restaurants and beaches. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials which makes a big difference. We were a party of six adults, a couple of whom had to work remotely. This all went well.

Lovely villa for family and friends

We had a great week at the villa. The owner was quick to respond to any queries and the minor issues we had during our stay were dealt with promptly. The villa is very well stocked with all the utensils you could possibly need on holiday.It feels more like a home than a holiday rental which we liked. The villa is spacious with a good outdoor space for barbecues and eating outside. We hired a car which was useful for our trips to Marbella and the golf courses. You can however walk to the local restaurants and supermarket and even the beach is within walking distance. We would recommend this villa for a family holiday

Fantastic stay in Elviria

Would like to give a big thank you to Francoise for letting us stay in this beautiful villa. We had a fantastic time. The villa is even more beautiful in real life than in photos. Would definitely recommend a car as ok walking down hill but quite hard work coming back up although not too much for the younger adults in our group. Will definitely come back again if with large group.

Geweldige vakantiewoning met alles erop en eraan in een geweldige omgeving

Wij hebben deze zeer volledig uitgeruste vakantiewoning gehuurd met 7 volwassen + 2 kleine kinderen. De woning is zeer ruim en gezellig in gericht. En ook het zwembad, het grasveld en mooie tuin vielen goed in de smaak. De eigenaresse en beheerder besteden veel aandacht aan onderhoud en kleine dingetjes werden snel opgelost. Voor de hele kleintjes werden probleemloos bedjes, kinderstoelen en zelfs aankleedkussens geregeld. Geen normale wens was te gek. Wij gaan zo mogelijk zeker nog terug naar deze woning. We hebben er genoten.

Dette huset leverte helt til forventning og til omtale i annonsering. Vi leide i pĆ„skeuka og hadde et supert opphold. Stort pluss at basseng kan varmes opp pĆ„ tid av Ć„ret hvor solen ikke gjĆør hele jobben. Vi er glad i Ć„ lage mat pĆ„ huset og helt supre fasiliteter for grilling ute og matlaging inne pĆ„ kjĆøkkenet. Rikelig med utstyr til dette. Store og fine rom og hele familien er fornĆøyd med oppholdet :-)

Fabulous villa

We would repeat prior guest comments. This is a fabulous villa - clean, great kitchen and cooking supplies, beautiful garden, great outside barbeque and in a quiet location but minutes from the little town of Elviria with its shops, restaurants and food market (Carrefour). We stayed for 2 weeks with our daughter, husband and their two teen boys. They had the downstairs bedrooms and we took the wonderful upstairs master suite. The communications with the owner was promptly answered both beforehand to clear up a few questions and during our stay to answer a few minor things. That was one of the clear pluses to this property. One note - the pool is not heated but can be for a weekly fee. Our stay was in early spring so we opted for heating. The owner graciously gave us the remaining 10 days of our stay for the weekly rate since it takes a day or two for the heat to work in. We highly recommend this property if you are looking at the Costa del Sol.

Schƶne Villa, sauber und mit super ausgestatteter KĆ¼che. Schƶner Garten mit vielen ObstbƤumen und Pool in ruhiger Nachbarschaft. Man kann vom Garten und der Terrasse des Master-Bedrooms aus bis zum Meer sehen. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin und der verantwortlichen Dame vor Ort war sehr einfach und freundlich.

Family Holiday

The villa was ideal for our blended family both in size and location. The villa is clean, spacious and provided everything we needed. The pool and garden was very well maintained. Both the owner and manager were pleasant and accommodating. I had several comms with the owner who responded promptly ensuring we enjoyed our time at the villa. Thank you
