This spectacular villa stands out for its amenities and attention to detail. The villa underwent a complete renovation of its bedrooms in March 2026, now offering five MASTER SUITES with ensuite bathrooms and a minimum of 30 m² per room, enhancing the level of detail and comfort to ensure an unforgettable holiday.

One of the villa's strongest points, is its location, just 300 meters from the beach, with one of the longest promenades on the Costa del Sol (17 km) where you'll find bars, beach bars, restaurants, water sports, and more. Nestled on a spectacular avenue of gardens, it also features a large outdoor playground and two impressive fountains that connect it to the town center, only 700 meters away. A car is NOT essential during your stay.

Despite being so close to everything you need, the villa is located in a very quiet and private residential area.

The villa has a plot of 1,000 m2 and 530 m2 of constructed area.

All the bedrooms are decorated and themed around different cultures, such as JAPANESE, HINDU, INDONESIAN, CHINESE and AFRICA, and many of their accessories have been imported from the same country of origin.

All bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses, option of choosing between KING size bed or TWIN beds, top-brand bedding, a pillow menu, a choice of duvet or blanket, air conditioning, LCD TV with a movie catalog, a bluetooth music system, a safe, blinds, a wardrobe or dressing room, and all bedrooms offer their own en-suite bathroom, being spacious, bright and featuring windows to the outside, designer sinks, top-brand accessories and a hairdryer.
Likewise, all bedrooms offer the option of adding 1 or 2 extra beds or a cot (please request information and additional cost)

The villa offers a spacious, air-conditioned Main Lounge and dining room. The Main Lounge features a 65” Smart TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming services, and a private server with over 300 movies in English and Spanish (film system available with surcharge).

In addition, the villa features a second lounge or Games Room, located in a separate 64-square-meter building adjacent to the children's area. This area offers a wide range of board games for adults and teenagers, a pool table and accessories, a FUN4FOUR electronic table (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ZtpR01FSmA) with over 100 games for children and adults, a semi-professional football table, a professional darts area, a table with 8 chairs, and an 86" Smart LED TV with all international TV channels (we can connect channels from your country specifically if you wish) and Sports channels, as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Sky Showtime, and a Bluetooth music/karaoke system. All of this is situated in a spacious area with large windows and sliding doors overlooking the garden and is fully air-conditioned.

This year an Arcade machine with thousands of games has been added, for both children and adults (The Games Room and all its contents available with surcharge).

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and main Lounge. It is very spacious, featuring a large glass table with Emperador marble legs that comfortably sits 10 to 14 people in armchairs, perfect for enjoying a leisurely evening after a meal, as it overlooks the garden and pool. The PVC sliding doors in the dining area fold away to the sides, creating the feeling of being outdoor. This, along with the large window overlooking the pond and children's play area, provides a clear view of all the villa's outdoor spaces.

The dining area of Villa TURRION not only offers you the opportunity to have lunch or dinner, but also serves as a meeting place both day and night, as the ambient lighting system in this area provides well-being and calm at any time.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, featuring two refrigerators with a Vita Fresh zone, a separate under-counter freezer, two dishwashers, an integrated oven and microwave, a 90cm ceramic hob with a glass extractor hood, a washing machine, and a wide range of small appliances. It also includes an island with bar stools and large windows overlooking the garden and pool. Cooking will be a true pleasure.

The outdoor common areas are notable for;

The 8 x 4 meter swimming pool, with both interior and exterior lighting, also features a waterfall with chromotherapy. The pool is available all year-round at ambient temperature, but for those who prefer, it can be heated to the desired temperature and fully enclosed with a 60 m² high roof retractable cover, providing a comfortable space regardless of the outside temperature or weather (heating option available with surcharge).

- The barbecue and/or outdoor kitchen features a 90cm semi-professional gas barbecue with light, a refrigerator with a glass door, a sink, a cutting board, and stainless steel drawers and doors from "Sunstone stainless steel Grills," a leading American brand of outdoor kitchens. All of this is built into the structure with a design and decorative elements. There is also a bar with stools, a hanging chair, a marble bench, and all of this is protected by triangular awnings for comfort. Here, you can not only cook but also enjoy a drink while watching the cook, accompanied by an outdoor JBL music system and views of the pool and garden area.

The outdoor porch or dining area next to the barbecue features two aluminum and glass tables, armchairs all under semi-shade. . The large Buddha fountain and surrounding vegetation provide a cool and inviting atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to eat or gather at any time of day or night. A transparent roof protects the area from the midday sun and evening dew, and an awning provides additional shade.

- Sun Beds: Villa Turrion also offers 14 sun beds with 10cm cushions, available next to the garden area in a cupboard for protection from the elements and easy cleaning. We also provide our guests with pool towels.

Villa Turrion also offers a crystal-clear pond with a fountain at its center, located next to the Cocoon lounge chairs and the children's play area. It's a place of relaxation, as the sound of the water and the nighttime lighting encourage rest and relaxation, while you watch the children enjoying themselves in the play area.

- The Children's Area offers 50 square meters of artificial grass in which there is a wooden castle imported from Germany that complies with the regulations in safety measures and in which children can enjoy themselves both day and night as it has good independent lighting.

- Ping pong table; for those who wish, they can enjoy the outdoor tennis table, which is located on the artificial grass area of the children's play area.

- Another relaxation point is located next to the pool with a high table and 4 high armchairs where you can relax or enjoy those in the pool, featuring a structure that offers semi-shade and light at dusk.

- The Outdoor Shower has not only been designed as a hygiene measure for the use of the pool, but also offers HOT water and SHOWER GEL for those who wish to enjoy an outdoor shower.

Villa TURRION is designed for a group of friends or family, as it offers options and spaces for all its members to enjoy a relaxed, peaceful and pleasant vacation.

Furthermore, at Villa TURRION, we follow the Hygiene/Sanitary measures implemented by the Ministry of Health, placing greater emphasis on the disinfection of all areas, and disinfection by OZONE upon departure of each guest and at the end of the cleaning and just before guests entry, which guarantees the elimination of Viruses, Bacteria and Fungi.
Similarly, all bedding and towels are washed with ozone for the same disinfection effectiveness.
We offer a warranty certificate for our air conditioning units, as they are disinfected annually to prevent unpleasant odors and bacteria.
All our mattresses and pillows are protected with anti-mite and anti-bed bug covers.
The barbecue is thoroughly cleaned weekly after each guest's departure.
