This gorgeous 4bedroom/3.5 bath Geodesic Dome has dockage in a very quiet established neighborhood. Accommodates up to a 28ft boat at dock and includes a 15,000 lb boat lift. You have immediate access to Gulf and Ocean. Gas dock located just minutes away at the El Faro Dock station. We are Conveniently and centrally located with various food options and 8 minutes from beautiful Sombrero Beach. Community boat ramp just a few blocks away ($25 per launch or retrieval). Boat ramp at Dodge Lake Corner of Harbor Drive and Aviation BLVD.

Features and amenities include:
Expansive open floor plan designed to capture and enjoy coastal living. Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom offers Queen size bed, large walk-in closet.
Flat screen TV and En-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower as well as tub in separate room with Bluetooth Bathroom mirror with speaker and Lights. Guest bedroom
2 is also large with walk-in closet and Queen size bed. There is a full-size shower bathroom just outside the door.

First floor: you will find the 3rd Guest room with Queen size bed. There is also a 4th bedroom with Queen size sofa bed (upgraded mattress!), TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and dishes.
Full size bathroom also on first floor along with a half bath as well. Each one of the first-floor rooms share a large patio.

Large living room and Dining room, Washer/Dryer, fully equipped Kitchen, U-Verse. Flat smart Screen TV, Internet, All linens, and towels. BBQ grill. Bikes and Kayaks. Private
back yard. Dock has water and electricity and shaded 6 ft. fish cleaning station. Located on the Gulf side just minutes to the ocean.

your fuel, bait and ice quickly. This home affords you a no hassle vacation, every detail has been thought of. The location is prime for boating, fishing, kayaking, and
excellent for making days trips to explore the Upper and Lower Keys!

There is sufficient parking for 4+ vehicles and boat trailer. NO RVS OR MOTORHOMES PLEASE. 

This home is designed for people who love to be on the water and fish. It has a bait/ice freezer, fish-cleaning station and grill just waiting for your catch!  Storage room downstairs for poles and other gear.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other watercrafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed.
