The Space:

Lionfish Cottage is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Townhome Villa at the private Indigo Reef Resort. This gated Resort-style community has all you need for your Florida Keys vacation. Lush green lawns for the kids to run in, boat dockage up to 31 ft. (slip #3) with electricity and water and a large beautiful resort-style pool. Enjoy instant Gulf access from the dock and also quick ocean access via Vaca Cut channel. The main level offers an open layout with beautiful water views and a convenient half bath. The bedrooms are tucked away upstairs with the master suite offering soaring views from its private balcony. There is also a lovely balcony off the queen bedroom. This location is close to charter boats, shopping and Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters. Parking for 2 vehicles.

Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the home, dock and beautiful grounds including the pool.

This location is close to charter boats, shopping and Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters.



Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around. There is a public bus that goes to Key West and Miami.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay.

***Beam can not be wider than 10ft, the dock space for this unit is 31 ft. Boats must have a minimum of 3 bumpers ( Stern, Bow, and Spring ) or they will not be allowed to stay.



***All pets must be leashed while outdoors on the property.***



Also, although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee (2 pet max) that is non-refundable.



No smoking on the property or back porches, only area permitted is the front porch.
