The home was in perfect condition, the photos were great, but the home itself was even better than we expected. There was a new barbecue, the dock was great, the downstairs was a great place to watch football from the pool, comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, each suite was perfect for our 6 adults and 4 grandchildren. The host and the staff were attentive, and answered every question we had. The pool was much larger than we expected, and the saltwater was the best. You can fish off the dock, we saw manatees twice, one time 2 parents and a juvenile together. Highly recommended!

House is beautiful. Needs updating and a good clean. The walls have marks on them, and these are everywhere. Clean the house, make the beds properly for god's sake. This is a luxury house after all.

AMAZING Home & Amenities

From start to finish EVERYTHING about our stay at Super Grouper was exceptional. The home is extremely clean & very well appointed. It was a breath of fresh air to have such a stocked kitchen. We loved the privacy of the 5-bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. It worked really well for our wide range of ages (grandparents down to an infant).The outdoor area & entertainment options are fabulous! The pool is huge & the covered outdoor area was so nice when kids & parents wanted a break from the sun. Our 16 year old loved having the bean bag game & ping pong table. It is hard to find a house with a completely fenced in pool area and we needed that for our little ones to keep them away from the canal area. The communication & responsiveness with the owner was excellent. We didn't have any maintenance issues with the home but they were quick to respond with restaurant recommendations & other things to do while in Key West. They also took care of some packages that needed to be sent back to Amazon which was amazing!!Thank you for such an enjoyable week & for being awesome!Marah

Absolutely wonderful

Well appointed, clean home. Everyone had an amazing time - from the 3-yr old to the 82-yr old! We made amazing memories during out week here. We rented both the Super Grouper house and the Grouper house for the week for our large group. Both houses were wonderful!

Super Grouper

The property is as advertised. The heated pool made our trip extra fun Perfect for a big group! The kitchen is fully stocked. Sean the property manager is quick to respond and very helpfull! I would rent this property again!

Reunion

The guys all turned 70. The responsiveness of the property management folks could not have been better! The house is absolutely gorgeous and very well appointed!!!! Everyone of us could not have been happier!

Great Place For Multiple couples!

Enjoyed our stay so much! My husband and I stayed here with our 2 daughters and their husbands and children. Ten people in total but with the floor plan still felt like we had our own space. Kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the outdoor activities, great location for boating as well! House is very clean and well maintained. All the staff very helpful and the communication was great! Would definitely recommend this property!! Only thing we would suggest is to be careful if your little ones are playing around the ping pong table after being in the pool. The flooring is extremely slippery. Other than that zero complaints!!

The perfect Key’s house for a large group !

I checked out many properties looking for a dog friendly house to accommodate myself, my siblings and their spouses. The Super Grouper house was perfect ! There are 5 King master suites, so no arguing over who gets the better room……they are all spacious and include outdoor seating on the wraparound deck, as well as Keurig coffee makers and wine fridges in each en-suite bathroom. The living area of the house is beautifully appointed and spotless. The pool area includes a commercial grade ice maker, ping pong table, corn hole and many seating and reclining options. We did not bring a boat, but this property is extremely boat friendly. My Aussie-girl loved herding us around the pool and watching from the upstairs deck. Management is extremely responsive. We will be back !!!

A perfect getaway!

I can’t recommend this property enough. I was exactly as pictured and very well appointed. This vacation served as Christmas/New Year’s Eve and 3 birthdays all together in one package and so worth it. The pool was beautiful and clean as a whistle. I especially appreciated the elevator feature for my elderly mother who has very bad knees and stairs are difficult for her. A big shout out to the managers, Sean and Jose’. Super responsive and so kind and respectful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a solid vacation getaway to the Keys.

Amazing Property for a Boater

The property was over the top. But, the absolute icing on the cake was the Boat Ramp and Dock. These amenities are rare and are in exceptional condition.

They thought of everything!

Wow. I am so impressed. We have been doing the weekly rentals thing for quite a while, and never had been at such a nice property. After touring us through the property, Sean and Jose met us at the boat ramp and facilitated the experience. They wound up being a great, attentive team that anticipated our needs (and wants) all through the week. The grounds, pool deck, covered patio, and the covered wrap around balcony were first class. As was the covered parking and the AC'd and spotless "tackle room" with ground floor fridge, bait freezer and ice maker. Moving on to the inside, we were really thrilled about the elevator both for moving luggage and gear as well as for our tired legs later in the week. The kitchen is large and open. Each of the four suites features a large bathroom with its own wine cooler, and a comfortable king size bed. The living space is wide open and great for a family gathering. Finally, the furniture and accessories are current and really upscale. For the boaters, the dock is great. We had the children catching small fish right from it. We used our boat six of the seven days, and the wide canal made for easy access to and from Vaca Cut. Thank you, Happy in the Keys... You have lived up to your name!

Beautiful home in the keys!

We had a wonderful week long stay at the super grouper! The house is exactly like the pictures. We had 3 kids under 3 and six adults and had plenty of space! We rented a pontoon boat and kept it at the dock for the week. The pool is a great size and we went in every day. We loved seeing manatees swim up to the dock. Highly recommend hiring Chef Leanne from their list come in and cook one night!! Only thing I would recommend would be a new grill (it’s pretty small for such a large house). We also had to listen to pressure washing at their house next door for a few days during our stay which was loud and annoying, but other than that it was great!

Great place for all the family, including Fido!

We arrived to an impressive and clean welcome to this amazing home away from home. We had 2 families and a dog on our stay, and we all had plenty of room and privacy. The large and fully stocked kitchen enabled us to enjoy home cooked meals and even our Thanksgiving meal. The downstairs area and oversized pool enabled everyone to have a space to watch the game, read a book in the day bed, swim in the pool, enjoy a lazy nap in the hammock or fish off the large dock. We brought our 30’ boat and had plenty of room to fish behind it. It was a little tight putting in at the boat ramp, but with patience it worked out fine. This place had all the comforts and extras that make your stay extra enjoyable. The only things I would recommend would be a small fenced in area to let the dog out, and a newer grill and outdoor kitchen area since we use that a lot. We will definitely be repeat guests!

Extremely Happy in the Keys!

After I reserved the Super Grouper last year, 2 of the couples were in the keys and stopped by to see the house from the outside. The people staying here invited them in to see the inside. I received a phone call saying “We want to stay 2 weeks”. So we booked a 2nd week. I’m writing this review as I’m sitting here in week 2 wishing we never had to leave. The Super Grouper is even more stunning then the pictures show. Kim is very attentive to everything you may need and it was a pleasure renting thru her. We are hoping to come back to the Super Grouper many more times! Thank You Kim!

Family Reunion in Marathon

We had a great time in this amazing house in Marathon. The entire family children and grandchildren were together for the week. While we did experience an all time low temperature of 46 degrees one night the sunshine kept us warm. We had a pretty large group but there are plenty of comfortable places to gather or get away. It would have been nice to have been provided some essential consumables; coffee filters, toilet paper, garbage bags, salt and pepper... But we would all like to come back and do it again.

Couldn't have asked for anything better

Hands down the most perfect house! We traveled to Marathon with four other couples for a birthday getaway. The house had all the space we needed to come together comfortably as a group or divide up as wanted. The pool and overall outdoor space was amazing! The kitchen was well equipped including a margarita machine! The Keurigs in each room was a nice touch and allowed us to have a slower start to our mornings. Kim was so easy to work with and always quick to respond. I simply cannot say enough good things about Kim and the Super Grouper! We will be back!

An excellent experience. Extremely clean and comfortable just as described and pictures are very accurate. Available boat ramp, dock, pool and plenty of outdoor space were great for our needs. Inside was beautiful and impeccable. Kim was very friendly and answered my calls (only a few) on first ring. We have already booked next year.
